jerson's place is nicely located at the end of the Huanchaco seawall, just far enough away from the bustle but close enough to walk to the most commercial spots. The facilities are just as described in the listing and the whole atmosphere was very clean. Has all the necessary amenities even for long stays. He was very kind to orient me how to access the house, open the locks, deactivate the alarm and access the garage. great detail to have put shampoo and soap in the bathrooms. Definitely recommended for families!

I stayed with my family and the house has a good location, it is spacious and well equipped. Thank you to the host for allowing us to check in early. However, the cleanliness was not to our liking - there was dust, mold, leaks, long-open liquors, and the bedspreads were not clean. Also, at the beginning we were unable to communicate with the host, which caused uncertainty. My family, in particular, is uncomfortable with the dirty spaces, so this affected the experience. A good option if maintenance is improved.

I stayed in this apartment for a few days and the experience was excellent. From the first moment, communication with the host was very smooth and friendly. The place is as shown in the photos, very clean, cozy and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is also perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. Very good place to stay, it has restaurants, shops, market and health center nearby. Recommended and if I go back to Trujillo I would definitely stay here again.
