The house is located in a quiet area, close to the village and easy access to the Seville-Huelva-Portugal highway and just over 20 minutes from the beaches. The house is fenced, making it independent within the property grounds. The owner lives permanently on the property, where we have chickens, dogs, cats and a donkey. The attached warehouse has games and a gym, which can be used by agreement with the owner.
