Lovely newly renovated wooden sauna with gentle steam. No neighbors right next door. The cottage is not suitable for very young children or people with reduced mobility, because there are large differences in height and stairs. The cottage has no water supply or sewer. Algae may appear in the lake at some point in the summer, but clean water for the sauna is available from the house's drilled well

Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shores of the pristine Lake Storträsk. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.

The cottage is located in Nuuksio National Park on a beautiful pine-covered slope, on the shore of the pure-water Ruuhilampi. Vihdi Golf Course and Puuhaparkki are 11 km away. The main log cabin was built in the 1950s. The newer smaller log cabin was built in 2012. Both have a nostalgic atmosphere. On the beach there is a wood-fired sauna designed by Reima Pietilä, which was built in 1958.
