Like everyone else had mentioned in their reviews, Juan Carlos is a fantastic host. Super friendly from the get go, very polite and professional. He set us up for success 100%! The property is outstanding. The balconies are super cute and very useful, the layout is great and spacious, AC keeps the place cool but best of all was the shower. We came for a wedding and all of our friends were staying in other hotels around the area but when they saw the Airbnb, it became the meet up spot because of how well located it is. Domingo (best modern restaurant in Cali imo) is right around the corner, La Linterna just down the street, Gente Común and Criollan Lovers just two blocks away and, Coffee Shops? Choose a different one everyday because there’s a ton to explore. Juan Carlos has all the recommendations for you and I can confidently say you will be in the best hands if you stay in this property. Only recommendation: Bring earplugs if you sleep light, Cali streets are full of life.

A truly wonderful experience! Since I arrived at the apartment, I felt completely at ease. It is decorated with great affection, with warm details that give it a cozy and homey atmosphere. One of the great successes of the place is the balcony: very nice and perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. The location is another plus: it is very close to several tourist spots, which made getting around the city very easy. In addition, the host was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout my stay. She always responded immediately to any questions and made me feel very welcome. Everything in the apartment was impeccable, clean and well organized. They notice that they take care of every detail. Comfortable place and as shown in photos. The water heater seems to be out of calibration, so it's a bit difficult to find a middle ground. Otherwise, great place. Safe and close to shops.

This place was such a dream for our stay in Cali! From the moment we booked, Jair was extremely helpful, responsive and communication was always easy. The house is in a lovely area - walkable to many restos, cafes and attractions and dance schools, has all the amenities for a cozy long term stay, extremely clean and Jair goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I casually had asked Jair if a kettle was available, and he ordered one for us the next day, which was extremely kind and just added to the great experience already. It truly feels like a home away from home :) If you work remotely, the internet was great - no issues at all during our stay and the desk area is wonderful. Thank you Jair for your hospitality, kindness and this is one of the best places I have stayed at! Don’t miss your chance to stay here!

Room with everything you need! Well-lit, comfortable bed, the air conditioning worked perfectly. Respectful and attentive reception staff. It has a pool, sauna and gym! 100% recommended. To arrive by Uber or Didi, it is better to enter the name of the building and not the address.
