My friends and I stayed here during Ottawa race weekend and it was the perfect location ! It was within walking distance to parliament hill and sparks street. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the house but it wasn’t too bothersome to us. I’d stay again for sure !

5 of us traveled to Quebec for a competition. Diane was so incredibly sweet, helpful, and insanely accommodating when we had to add a day and change our plans last minutes because the competition schedule changed on us. So spacious and we do plan to return next year if we can

Had a wonderful time! The place was perfect and my family and I felt very comfortable. Ghislains place was nice, very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Ghislain also left us some wine and a box of chocolates. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host

I had a great stay at this house! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It’s located in a quiet area, which made it perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. The host was also responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Comfortable place to stay for two people visiting Gatineau and Ottawa. Jean Claude was very friendly and responsive.

Just a little odd that one of the bathroom on the first floor and the other one is kind of small.

Lissa was a fantastic host! The place was as advertised, walkable to downtown, quiet neighborhood and had off street parking. Lissa was very responsive to all of our questions. Lissa has done an excellent job with her local recommendation book we tried three of the recommendations and loved them all (Bobino bagels, Soif Bar a Vin, and restaurant e18ghteen). The entire house was clean and very cozy. We would highly recommend renting this place and from Lissa! If we are back in Ottawa we would stay here again!

Mihai is a very welcoming gentleman, he responded quickly to all our questions. We had everything we needed and it was really clean. I recommend this apartment. Beautiful place!

Geo is a fantastic host. Quick to respond to any question and his place was exactly as described. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and with lots of personal extras. It felt just like home! His friendly parents live upstairs and his mother even brought some homemade baklava and pita treats down to us. The location is very close to public transportation, the highway and shopping. Parking is safe and onsite. We would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Marina's place. It's in a great up and coming neighborhood and very close to the river, which has beautiful, clean and safe trails that take you all the way downtown along the river. The apartment is exactly as described and very clean, with a very modern kitchen and bathroom. The bed is a little small (I thought it was supposed to be a queen but looked more like a double and unless you are cozying up to someone, it's not for 2 people). But there were extra sheets and blankets in the closet and the couch was also quite comfortable. The only strange thing which I didn't realize was that this apartment is a sectioned off portion of the main house turned into it's own apartment and the owner lives in the main house.

Absolutely amazing place! So spacious and beautifully decorated. Irena was very quick to respond throughout our stay. Hintonburg is an incredible neighbourhood with so many cafes and restaurants just around the corner. We loved our month here. Would definitely stay again! (If you are sensitive to light, the bedroom blinds don't fully cover the window.)

Excellent location for a trip to the spa. Also very close to local places to eat yet far enough so the area was quiet and peaceful at night. Very clean, able to control temperatures for the cold rainy night. Bedding was very comfortable and bathroom super clean.

Jessica's place is everything it says it is. The location is unmatched in Ottawa, in the heart of the Glebe (IMO the best part of Ottawa) steps away from the walking trail along the river. Also steps away from the action at Landsdowne and the restaurants and shopping in the Glebe. The place is as described, great living space, well stocked kitchen, wonderful sleeping space. It could have been cleaner, and the lobby has an odour issue, but that is not the fault of the owner and Jessica's place is far from the lobby. Our host was great to work with, a wonderful space, and I'll use it again when I'm next in town.

The apartment is super hip and cute. A great space. Love the way it’s decorated and the record player was just too cool. The house manual is well put together, everything about the stay was clear and easy.

Highly recommend, spotless place, a plethora of shopping, including groceries, within walking distance; a very spacious two bedroom with a huge bathroom and open space kitchen/living with giant windows and a huge balcony. Kitchen has everything one could need to whip out a good meal, the host generously provided a supply of good coffee for the drip coffeemaker and a selection of teas as well, a super nice touch after a long drive. We will back.

It was a beautiful two-story luxury condominium loft. Perfect for a single person or a couple. The place looked exactly as it appeared in the photos. Helen was always responsive and helpful every time I messaged her. If I ever return back to Ottawa, I will happily book Helen’s condo loft again !!!
