Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Humacao

Nice little place in a peaceful beach community close to beaches and natural areas. We didn't check out the local restaurants, but there were several nearby as well as a good basic local grocery. AC worked well, coqui frogs lulled us to sleep at night. Easy drive to many attractions in the east. Minimal amenities (bring tea or coffee if you need it) but the kitchen has all you need for self-catering.

I recommend this place 100%. It's private. My children loved it. The guests also liked it. It's super comfortable. I felt at home. It's very fun, it has many fun games. I would come back again

Luis quickly responded to any questions I had and was attentive. The place looked exactly as pictured. The island did suffer a massive power outage during our time and Luis checked in throughout and came through when I asked him to mitigate the situation. We're were better able to handle the situation because we do have family there. Honestly we we're at Liquillo beach when it happened and we only learned of the outage when Luis inquired. I love my island and Luis's place is a great place to enjoy it!

We rented this AirBB while we searched for a home to buy on the east coast. Ironically, the home we purchased is literally down the same street in Verde Mar, and the same model/floorplan as this AirBB. We loved this home, the neighborhood, and the proximity to the beach and essential services/stores/resturants so much, that we bought one of our own !!! 🤣 Johanna and Elizabeth have been absolutely wonderful, check on us to make sure all is good, and ask if we need anything, etc. The house is darling ! Typical smaller size home in Puerto Rico, but fit our family of three and dogs just fine. In full honesty here, I actually inquired if the house was available for sale, because we loved it so much. It wasnt, but we found one with the same floorplan a few doors down, that we hope to make as nice as this AirBB in time. I usually dont write reviews, as I usually am not impressed with people, products, or services, so to write this review means more than you know. Love it here !

Quick response of host when needed. Beautiful surroundings with lake view. Close to the beach and the house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Totally recommend staying in this house.

Our family travels a lot, and we don’t like resorts or gated communities. Jose‘s place was perfect for us. Open, spacious, unobstructed and gorgeous view of the ocean. Very quiet, perfect for families or those without children, alike. Sun drenched rooms in the morning, the sound of ocean waves, and the beach was incredibly private. We saw very few people other than the wonderful residents of Punta Santiago, whom we got to know by walking the neighborhood and visiting the stores. Don’t hesitate. Communication from Jose was outstanding, and it was a little bit hard to find the property, but only because it was night time when we arrived, and a few of the roads can be a bit confusing the very first time. After that, it’s a cinch.

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. The apartment has an excellent location and A/C, walking distance to the beach & ideal place for tranquility. The apartment complex is private and close to a nearby hotel for restaurants & rental of golf carts. The host provided plenty information, extra goodies & amazed us with all the information provided related to vet care, etc as we had brought our dog with us!

This was the third time my wife and I stayed at Blanca’s Surfside villa. We brought our little dog again and she loves it as much as we do. The view is breathtaking, Blanca is such an attentive and gracious host. She makes you feel right at home. She provides everything you can possibly think of and more. It truly is a home away from home experience. We will definitely be staying again. Leaving is the hardest part.

Place was perfect for my parents and sister to spend the weekend. Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony; perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning. Host was super quick to respond to questions or requests. It’s also spacious! Definitely recommend and would book again!!

A perfect location in Palmas. Near the beach and the pool. The villa had both a front and back porch that were a perfect place to relax and enjoy the environment.

The apartment was perfect for our stay.. clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Unbeatable location, just steps away from the beach. Ariel was responsive and accommodating to our needs. Great Villa very comfortable, great sorroundings, good variety of restaurants near, responsive host. The only thing is a noisy pipeline.
