The bedroom and living room are flooded with sunlight and the kitchen looks out onto a quiet garden. The bathroom with WC and the kitchen are small but new. A high speed WIFI, Smart TV and a workstation are standard. Vienna city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Subway, restaurants and shops in 5 minutes. A parking garage for €4/day is right around the corner.

Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Dieses wunderschöne und zentral gelegene 100m2 große Apartment wurde vor kurzem luxuriös saniert und ist nur wenige Minuten Fahrzeit vom Zentrum der Wiener Innenstadt entfernt und befindet sich genau gegenüber einer der bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens - dem Hundertwasserhaus. Apartment ist im 3. Stock, Aufzug ist vorhanden. Mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen in 15min. Zu Fuß schnell erreichbar sind ua der Prater und das Riesenrad. Parties und Feiern sind verboten.

Manusch simply means "human" in the language of the Roma and Sinti. Fascinated by them, we have set up a small, fancy city apartment. 3 minutes walking to Hundertwasserhaus. Entrance to the room straight from the street! The original apartment was created in a section of what had previously been the studio of the Austrian artist Christian Eisenberger. The apartment is divided up into a combined living and bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
