The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

The FILIA DUO is located in a quiet side street, in a secluded environment, with a spacious, bright, modern, double bed living room – offering relaxation especially for couples. The terrace, completely closed to curious eyes, but with a view of the city's panorama, is complemented by a garden lounge, a table for playing cards, and a darts board. The room has a large flat-screen cable TV and free WiFi. The kitchen meets all needs. The bathroom has a shower, the toilet is equipped with a bidet faucet.

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Come relax and recharge in Szekszárd! We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Remete Guesthouse, an island of peace and quiet. Specially designed for 2 people, surrounded by vineyards and forests, in a small cottage on the ridge. In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

The Champagne Apartment is a quiet, close to nature and discreet home, from where you can reach the center of Balatonfüred and the shores of Lake Balaton in a few minutes. Perfect for hikers and cyclists. The stairs to the gallery are steep, so come with children who are not yet climbing or are already climbing safely. I provide a travel bed, baby bath, changing mat, and high chair for babies.

If you get home from a city walk or an evening wine, the relaxing, private jacuzzi at the end of the garden awaits you. During the winter period from November to May, the use of the jacuzzi is available at an extra cost. The price shown does not include the tourist tax! Children (0-14 years) and pets are not allowed!
