The property is a 1200 acre farm with two caves, covered bridge, lodge, outdoor fire place (wood not provided) and patio area. Creek Side Cabin, upstairs has a king bed, bathroom with a single shower unit and balcony. Main level has a kitchen, living room, dining table, bedroom with queen bed and bath and large porch. A creek and electric fence runs behind the cabin. Also had a Charcoal grill and fire pit.

A comfortable sitting area features a spacious sectional sofa and a coffee table. A large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, with light filtering in from a nearby window dressed with curtains. Decorative elements include a lamp and wall art.
