It’s a great place. The host is friendly and extremely decent.

Dr Abd El Mageed was really decent man and provided for us a private great favors ! The place is good and located in a new touristic village with six swimming pools and small aqua park and suitable for singles , couples and small families ! The beach is in front and walking distance about 10 min ! The public transportation in the main road and pick you up to the city center (unfortunately I knew about that late but I got a special favor from Dr Abd El Mageed as he provided the offer to ride his car and left me and my kids at our destination!) There is a restaurant in the place with acceptable prices and the nearest super market is 2 km ! WiFi at the moment around the swimming pools only but it is not stable in general ! Finally I have enjoyed wonderful sunny weather in a comfortable place and wish to come again !!

I had a great stay at this studio! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The owner was especially friendly and easy to communicate with—always quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

A very beautiful, quiet, cozy place and all the appliances and furniture in the best condition and there are swimming pools, a market, a cafeteria, close to the sea, and the host is very wonderful and good and does not delay in helping in every way

Really enjoyed my stay. Stacy was helpful throughout and really quick to reply if I needed anything. The complex has a restaurant and a supermarket, the location is a little remote but it’s easy and cheap to get Ubers. Would stay again

Our stay was great. the compound is quiet and clean. Not many people and those there are kind and friendly. The building itself hasn't been finished but that is quite common around Egypt. The apartment is huge and you have everything you can possibly need during your stay. The shower works very well and overall it is a very good price for what you pay. Also the communication was fantastic. Mostafa always there to help and assist us in any possible way.

The appartement was clean, located in luxurious compound, with nice garden and view on the lagoon, too close to Gourmet and 5 min driving to different Gouna destinations, Youssef was helpful and responsive and it was good value of money.

Amazing house! We we were a group of 9 people and enjoyed staying there very much. Host was very supportive, the house is exactly as publicised with clean sheets, towels, and comfortable beds. Check in and check out was very smooth, definitely coming back.

The stay with Mohamed was very nice, the location of the apartment is perfect, private beach right at your doorstep beautiful views, sunset and rising can be seen directly from the window.
