Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outdoor areas were our favorite. Location was perfect, close to everything, we walked all around the area. Kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of towels... we would stay here again.

Impeccably maintained property with dedicated parking. Spotless and welcoming throughout, featuring an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The home felt airy and bright, with charming peek-a-boo views of the town river. A special touch—Bob greeted us with a fresh peony on our first day, which we enjoyed all week long.

Great place right downtown Stratford. Close to everything and lots to do. Brendan is quick to respond and proactive in resolving our concerns. Great stay!

The location was perfect with an easy walk to restaurants, shops and the Avon theatre. Our family really appreciated having lots of space for different activities in interests. The quiet let us all get a good night’s sleep.

Excellent communication. Great location. Excellent parking. Very clean. Located on the quieter side which was great. One minute walk to south beach which was very quiet and nice. Ten minute walk to main strip, excellent shopping, restaurants and beach.

The Lake Suite at the Henry House was charming, as well as cozy and relaxing. The decor is lovely and is exactly as shown online. Many restaurants, cafes, taverns, etc. are located in the downtown area which is within walking distance so it is not always necessary to have to rely on your vehicle. A theater is even right around the corner! The parking option onsite (if available) is a wonderful add-on. The host, Brett, is very responsive and it is evident that he wants all of his guests to have a very enjoyable visit. I have family in the Stratford area and love having my own cozy space when visiting them. This is our second year at The Happy House and now we are regulars. Five bedrooms for five women is just perfect as well as both indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. This place is perfect for us. Thank you!

This is a very special cottage in a beautiful location. We very much enjoyed the private beach and sauna. The kayak, waterboard and canoe were a great hit with the kids. Having the lawn and the shallow steps to the beach was particularly great for keeping an eye on the kids and easy access to the water for grandma. We didn't need them as we were outside most of the time, but there are games and Lego available for kids which I thought was a lovely touch. We would definitely like to come back! Fyi: One thing we missed with this listing is that there are no bedside lamps in any of the rooms which made reading very tricky as the overhead light is very dim.

We visit Neustadt from the US several times a year and we always stay at Riversong if it's available. We've stayed in all of the units and they're all great, but the Terrace Suite is our favorite. It's a big, beautiful space, with a full kitchen and comfortable sitting area. We stayed in the Terrace Suite once for a full month and felt right at home. Pat is always responsive and helpful when we've needed anything. We highly recommend Riversong.

Great host!! Jyoti was always quick to respond and gave us plenty of information to help us find things to do in a small town. The home was beautifully cozy with snow, beautiful view of the lake and a toasty wood burning fireplace. We had a great stay. Thank you Jyoti aka SUPER HOST!!

We loved staying at Greg’s cottage. Everything was in excellent condition and kitchen was well stocked and nice and clean. The location was ideal within easy distance of downtown and its many shops and restaurants. The view was spectacular with million dollar sunsets. A true gem!

We were a group of 10 including grandparents and teenagers. We especially appreciated the beautifully finished basement for the teens to hang out in. The upstairs area was really nice also, and one could enjoy a cup of coffee in the living room, on the deck, or the beautiful grassy lawn with view of the lake. We also enjoyed the privacy and the quiet. Listening to the waves and the birds chirping in the morning was a joy! The lakefront is very private we hardly saw anyone, and the steps down were the perfect workout! The grandparents enjoyed simply walking down the road and enjoying the cottages and scenic views of the cornfields. Everyone was wishing that we had booked two weeks instead of one! The cottage is perfectly located between Goderich and Kincardine for shopping, restaurants and more beaches. If you are looking for a quiet get-a-way this is the perfect place!

We had an outstanding weekend stay! The place was even bigger than we expected. Tons of space for our all guests. The location was great too, go-karts a couple mins away along with winery's and golf. Would strongly recommend staying, great bang for our buck too.

Great experience staying at this cottage. It is by far one of the nicest places on the Huron Shores. The view is spectacular through the huge windows. The house was spotless and clean, and very well appointed. Looked like it was out of a model home. Well stocked with games and things to do. Clean kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. We had a great and relaxing time. Would definitely recommend this cottage. We will absolutely be booking again.

This was a quiet, private, peaceful, and beautiful location. The house was nice with plenty of room for everyone. Being right on the water was what we wanted. The amenities were exactly what we wanted. The heated floors were awesome. Close to a town but still secluded. One thing to be aware of is having to rent linens at $20 per person which nobody expects to travel on vacation with bedsheets and thought it would be something included for the cost. Also, we were warned about the potholes in the road to the house but they were pretty drastic! All in all, would book again and hosts were very attentive.
