Welcome to "the cabin" at Hvalstrand jetty! Bua is a cozy little cabin located on Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while you get a taste of the boat life. The house is located in connection with the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who vacation in their boats. There are swimming facilities on site with a swimming ladder at the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of beautiful nature with forests, trails and mountains. Three bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, one room with a bunk bed (2 sleeping places) and a room with a 120 cm bed. No running water in the cabin. Water is available from a cistern that is filled with rainwater. Drinking water is available in the cabin. Cinderella incineration toilet. For the children: Trampoline, sand box, private wooden play house with slide, zip line. Remember to bring your own bedding/towels.

The cabin is located in a quiet cabin area on Kirkøy, Hvaler. Short walking distance to Skjærhalden, town and approx. 30 min from Fredrikstad. The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is conveniently furnished and easy to keep tidy. Everything is easily accessible, both during your stay and for cleaning on departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. NB! This is NOT a party cabin!

Holiday apartment by the lake, Hvaler

From this apartment centrally located on Hvaler, you have immediate proximity to the lake and great archipelago nature. At the marina there are guest places for boats for a fee (guests must check for availability) This is an excellent starting point for paddling, surfing or other water sports activities. Ytre Hvaler National Park, with great hiking areas and coastal trails, is about 1 km away. There is also a small sandy beach 100 m from the house. There is a kiosk, restaurant and marina in the area.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
