Bonington View

Bonington View is uniquely located at the edge of the Peak District providing guests with ready access to the countryside whilst being only a 25 minute train journey from Manchester centre. Marple Bridge village (5 mins), Etherow Country Park, the Roman Lakes, Brabyns Park ( which hosts a weekly park run) and the Peak Forest Canal with it's 16 locks are all within a mile of the property. Recently constructed, it is furnished to a high standard and includes an outdoor seating and eating area.

Easy access to the Peak District national park, peak forest canal and Manchester City Centre. Off road parking available for one car. A quiet relaxing stay. Beautiful, cosy period gate house set in Victorian gardens with adjacent duck pond and historic victorian swimming baths. Explore peak district walks straight from the Lodge or take a train to Manchester. Go for a swim and relax in the living room in front of the Wood Burning Stove, or have drinks under the stars on the private roof terrace and stroll into Glossop's charming town centre, full of restaurants. Two single beds come as Superking option. Sorry no pets.
