A villa on Awaji Island where people who liked art and playing in the sea, whom I met by chance, lived. The house was built on a hill overlooking the sea in a villa area called Richland. From there, you can see the Seto Inland Sea and, depending on the season, watch the sunset. The moment I entered the house, I liked it at first sight, as it conveyed the feeling that the former owner enjoyed using it. The owner was selling the house because they no longer used it, and I spent about two years carefully renovating it myself. While maintaining the original qualities of the building, it was carefully renovated to suit the modern travel style. We hope you enjoy your stay on Awaji Island while relaxing and looking out at the sea and sky.

This house was built 120 years ago and stayed by a lot of people who have plan to go to Koya-san. The house is in front of the river and you can take a look. It will make relaxed. We can do tea ceremony, if you want. We have 2 toilet and 1 bath room with big bath tab made by a Japanese special wood, Hinoki. There is a 24h super market, Okuwa near the house.(5 min away by a car) And high rank Japanese beef restaurant(2 min by a car) You can enjoy Yakiniku.
