This apartment exceeded expectations! The space is completely renovated, organized, comfortable and receptive. Starting with fast and effective communication: we asked for flexibility at checkout and we were able to combine it in order to take advantage of it until the last day. Not to mention the reception team that welcomed us with joy and solicitude from check-in to check-out: the business card of the people of Minas Gerais that we will remember with affection. The apartment, with large windows and a balcony, received both morning and afternoon sun, and the high floor provided a wide view of the neighborhood. Even with a lot of sun, the air conditioning worked very well. We worked with the apartment's Wi-Fi, which reached all the rooms. In the end, being so close to important points of the city and great bars and restaurants, I feel that we did not enjoy the apartment as much, and in the next stays in the city we will definitely return to this one. It is difficult to beat the good location, service and comfort.

Apartment very well located, easy to park if by car. Spacious, modern bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Tania and Gabriel are great hosts, respond quickly and very helpful.

The apartment is amazing, spacious, furniture and decoration in very good taste. Fully equipped kitchen, has all the appliances, ALL. You can go without fear. It has a gym and a swimming pool. Camila was clear about the instructions and the apartment matched the description and photos. It was very clean and had the necessary utensils. For those staying in BH to visit Inhotim, it is in a great location, close to the roads, which saved us a lot of time compared to staying in more central areas of BH.

I loved my stay! Alex's apartment is great, very wide because it's 1 bedroom. And very well located, with restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around on foot. He quickly answered my questions and was thoughtful, leaving snacks like, plus excellent bed and shower.

The home was super comfortable. The apartment corresponds to the photos and the description. It is very cozy and the girl who received me helped me with my bags, very friendly. The condominium is quiet. What bothered me a little was the traffic noise, since the apartment is close to the main avenue. But for me, all the comfort made up for it. Vanessa was also helpful and responded quickly to my messages and questions.

The apartment is extremely well located, with a supermarket in front, and several restaurants. The lobby of the building is very kind and helpful. Pude enjoy the comforts of the condominium such as the gym and the ballroom. Ana was very present in all our communications and helped us a lot with our needs.

Very nice, enjoyable stay.

Simply one of the best places I've ever stayed in BH! This is the second time I've stayed here and the experience remains impeccable. The apartment has two very well distributed floors and a beautiful view directly to Praça da Liberdade. The jacuzzi is a show in itself, super modern and with a perfect atmosphere to relax. The living room is super comfortable, the TV is huge with several streaming apps and the sound system made the moments of rest even better. Everything is very clean, well cared for and with very tasteful decoration. I highly recommend it!

This place was amazing! I would have stayed here for the shower alone! Great pressure and lots and hot water from above! Located within so many great restaurants and bars and still you have peace and quiet at night. All appliances are modern, plenty of space with a great comfortable bed. Best of all Isadora is a wonderful host. She used to call this apartment home and by the thoughtful touches, it shows!
