The view is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere is very cozy. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it to everyone who seeks comfort and a good location!

The apartment is great. Super comfortable with beautiful decor. Close to strategic points. Safe. I highly recommend it. For those who are sensitive to light, the lack of blackout in the windows can be a problem. So that this aspect would not take away the shine of the refinement of the accommodation, I was offered a blindfold, of great quality. An easy and practical way to resolve the issue. I appreciate the sensitivity of the hosts.

I went to spend the weekend of Valentine's Day and I was very well attended by Tom, very clear in the explanations, everything in the smallest details. The Studio is exactly as in the photos, everything very clean and organized, excellent shower and the highlight is the location, easy access to all neighborhoods of SP. I recommend it and will be back.

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

I indicate without fear of making a mistake. All very perfect! We love and we will return without fear.

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as in the photos: very comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. Evaristo e Marcio always responded promptly to any need or doubt about the house. The house is very beautiful as in the pictures and equipped with important objects for the stay. It has a separate gourmet space which was important. The only observation regarding the pool that was not heated at the time we were there. In the wonderful rest. Good Internet connection (for working from there), flexible check-in, ample space for families and pets.

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos.
