This tiny home may be small but will give you a memorable experience!

This total Charmer was the original Idahome of the author, Wilson Rawls and is themed after his literary classic written here, "Where The Red Fern Grows." This cutie sits right in the heart of town on a beautiful tree lined street - convenient to downtown, hero arena, hospitals and shopping. Featuring a queen bed, cushy sofas, a dining room, full kitchen and bathroom with soaking tub and Hot Tub. Enjoy 1Gig fiber internet at the work desk with fireplace and a peaceful, fully-fenced back yard.

This suite is centrally located for easy travel to Jackson, Yellowstone, Grand Targhee, Bear World, Craters of the Moon, and the Sand Dunes. We can be found just off HWY 20 and not far from HWY 33. This cozy numbered street house is centrally located near Downtown Idaho Falls .There are many Boutique shops, local eateries and bars in downtown . Like Big box stores? Sam's Club, Walgreens and Albertson's are also close by. So many other things to do! Short distance from the Snake river green belt, the Falls, Snake River Landing and the Idaho falls Zoo. All of these locations within a 3 minute drive. Ample driveway with plenty of space to park 3 cars.

Westside guest house. Light-bright- not a basement

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.

Cozy Cabin for the perfect getaway!

This cozy cabin is the perfect spot for a secluded getaway. It is tucked away in the trees and has a fire pit. It is close to Bear World, Heise Hot Springs and only 85 miles to Yellowstone National Park and 90 miles to Jackson Hole Wyoming . Kelly canyon ski resort is about 20 minutes away and Grand Targhee ski resort is an hour and fifteen minutes away !

Beautiful home in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Gateway to Sand Dunes, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton & Grand Targhee Ski Resort. Our home is just off Highway 20 & close to Hwy 33 (road leading in to Rexburg). We are just 4 miles from BYUI, within two miles of Walmart & plenty of eating establishments!
