Being centrally located in Cornwall, you are not far from either North or South coast, many attractions & beautiful beaches. You are very near Truro Golf Club where visitors are welcome & tennis club.

Our bright, light, new garden annexe provides self contained accommodation over two floors. With it's own off street parking spaces and shared use of the garden it's an ideal base. The huge open plan upstairs area provides versatile sleeping options, has blackout blinds and three large radiators. Downstairs is a kitchen (oven, hob, microwave and fridge) a wetroom bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet and basin) and a large table tennis area (bats and balls supplied). Lockbox check in is available.
