The place is exactly like it has been shown in the images and I would say much better. Alongside beach, the stay is at perfect location with perfect views and amenities.

This home is right on the road to Munnar at Anachal. Amal is a great host, and his parents are warm and very helpful in taking care of guests. They made us felt right at home. Home is covered within beautiful surroundings and yet everything is at walkable distance. We booked this home for availability of kitchen facility and it is fully functional. Daytime you might feel some noise of vehicles, but night is calm and peaceful. We had wonderful stay and considering coming here everytime we visit here.

Had a wonderful stay at this private hillside property, located a bit away from Kodaikanal. It’s a single, standalone home—so no one else around to disturb you. The space includes two well-kept bedrooms, plus a third bed setup upstairs that effectively makes it a 3-bedroom home. The balcony offers a lovely view of the hills and locality, and the house is equipped with a smart TV, kitchen amenities, and a cozy campfire setup for the evenings. The caretaker was responsible and helpful, and the host was extremely responsive throughout. A perfect spot for a peaceful, private, and comfortable getaway.

We were a group of 5 members who had visited Mr. Avinash’s home. The view was absolutely breathtaking and the house was squeaky clean. Mr. Avinash was quite friendly and always checked if we wanted any help. Would definitely visit this place again.

The place is exactly how it is described all the pictures match the description. The care taker and the host Venu are very proactive and respond quickly. Everything was great and peaceful. One thing people have to keep in mind is, as it’s remote place on the river side commuting frequently like we do on the roads is not possible. You have to inform the boat people in advance to get on the roads from stay.

wonderful holiday stay at Vaikom, this property offers both comfort and warmth. Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. The house help, Mr. Surendran and his wife, Ms. Rethi Chechi, went above and beyond, treating us like family and preparing delicious meals, tailored for our kids’s liking. The property itself is lovely, featuring three well-maintained bedrooms with attached bathrooms that were spotless from the moment we arrived. Binu also shared helpful contact details for renting a car, making commuting around easy at affordable costs. The breakfast, priced at 150 per person, included idli, dosa, vada, and boiled banana with chutney and sambar. For lunch and dinner, the non-veg option (fish/chicken) was 250 per person was worth for the price point, quality and quantity served while the vegetarian meal was 225. Would definitely visit the next time!

It was a fantastic and authentic experience. We saw some mace being harvested and my wife was so amazed. Thank you for making the provision of the cooker. We didn't get to use it as luckily the food my wife made and brought was alright when we reached. The stay was very comfortable and the Bhaiyas were very helpful. I would literally say Don’t judge a book by its cover. When we first saw the surrounding and location we never thought that it would meet our expectations but I would like to correct my statement when we saw the interior. Spacious interior, Well responsive team, Flexible check- in and check out arrangements. A special five star for how neat and tidy the place was. The only recommendation I would suggest is that they could extend the pool a little bit longer, other than that me and my friends enjoyed staying there and had such a blast having fun especially on the indoor gaming space. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend some quality time with either friends or family.

The caretakers were very good, helpful, and responsive. The images are from the actual place only, but maybe taken a few years earlier coz images show only tea garden around the place. However, in reality, there are other cottages around with tea plantations in between the buildings. Overall, the stay was perfect for my family.

This is a beautiful cozy and peaceful place, there is also an incredible terrace with a view over the landscape. The house is 100% clean, comfortable and calm. Highly recommended as a stop to have some relax between all your Indian adventures;) as we came here- we understood, how important this was for us. Vismaya and the whole family are SO friendly, open, caring. They saluted us with fresh coconuts:), teached us cooking Ayurvedic dishes, organised many sightseeing trips around. We are very grateful. It was a pleasant and wonderful stay. The property is well maintained. Good privacy. Every amineties including pool is perfectly available. There is no wrong commitments. Great View from the building. Good place to staff off from the city traffics and relax for sometime.

We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. Can’t wait to come back again this place will always hold a special spot in my heart!

The stay was pleasant and room was located in calm place. The road to reach this stay was adventurous as it was too steep. View from terrance was good. We stayed in 101 and 201, the price was worth.

The location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport. The flat is well-appointed with a kitchenette, a cozy sofa, and a TV room that’s perfect for relaxing. I also had access to a nice swimming pool with fantastic view and a balcony with a beautiful view of a lush garden. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
