Holiday rentals with a patio in Igarassu

Regarding the owner, I had a lot of ease making contact with him, he responds very quickly and is very attentive, I can also say that he has good taste and creativity, which is reflected in the apartment, whether in the decoration and even in the construction of the apartment. The building has an excellent location, being close to pharmacies, the medical center, markets, restaurants and with access to the main roads of Recife. The apartment is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils to an iron, even beauty utensils such as a hair straightener and others (my girlfriend loved that part lol). Both rooms have comfortable beds, one firmer than the other (to suit both tastes). The TVs are up-to-date (smart), so you can watch whatever you want. The apartment has good ventilation, but also has air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a fan in the living room. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Regarding parking, I liked the fact that I could park in any space in the garage.

The place is identical to the photos, we had incredible days and I would certainly return to your accommodations, it is super worth the cost benefit, and very close to the airport, which makes it very easy, the fair in front is great and the apartment has no noise from outside, wonderful experience!!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location, in front of Boa Viagem beach. It was all very clean and organized. The kitchen is well equipped. Vilma is an excellent host! I highly recommend her.

Had a great stay! The apartment accommodated 3 people for Carnival with plenty of space. Kitchen Compact, but with all the necessary utensils. All the staff of the gatehouse were also very helpful and friendly. I recommend it.

Perfect apartment to accommodate a couple. Amazing view of the buildings and the sea, the rooftop pool is also very good and the location is very close to the beach and several nice bars and restaurants.

The house exactly like the listing, clean and impeccable rooms and the place is wonderful, space, wooded, ideal pool, and Anny's parents were our hosts and noa received very well.. We were a large group of ten, including three children eight and under. We all had a WONDERFUL time at this property! The home is beautiful with living, and dining spaces that open out to an in-ground pool and the Maria Farinha canal, where . The pool is perfectly maintained, at a great temperature for playing or just hanging with family and friends. A couple of caretakers manage the property, and they were simply amazing. We had asked if they could provide some meals, which we coordinated with Natalia in advance. We paid for groceries and transport for them, and they made the most amazing meals for us! Not to mention also some refreshing beverages that we enjoyed pool-side. If you're going to Recife, I strongly suggest you stay at this property. The people are amazing, the location is great, and the maintenance is impeccable.

Spacious house, with ample and complete leisure area, also has all necessary utensils for an accommodation without the need for complements. My family enjoyed it very much.

The view is a spectacle (I caught a full moon that rises from the sea right to the living room window, amazing). The furniture is of excellent taste and the apartment is very cozy. The apartment was perfect, the doormen were always ready to help and guide us when we had questions, and the person responsible for giving us the password was very clear in saying everything that would be necessary for check-in, which made it easier to enter the apartment.

Large, airy apartment, much bigger than it appears in the photos. Stunning view of the room . Espaço was clean , has household utensils for meal preparation, excellent quality bedding and bath, split air conditioning in all bedrooms, 1 suite, + 2 Canadian suite. Hostel, was kind , polite, quickly answered questions. Educated ,helpful and resolutive condominium employees.

Edilma's home is one of the best in Recife. It is in a prime area (North Zone), close to parks and utilities such as pharmacies, restaurant (on the corner) and markets. A detail: It was great to have a mini market inside the condominium. The structure of the building is complete and the apartment has a complete structure for short or long stay. Of the type of accommodation you feel at home. Hyper comfortable bed, hotel wardrobe. Enough towels at your disposal. And the complete kitchen of everything! It was great for preparing breakfast and snacks. The gatekeepers were totally helpful and were always ready to help. Large garage, by the way. Edilma always very helpful and ready for any kind of request. I will definitely go back to the flat again and again.

A stopover in Recife that was worth the night. Great apartment, complete! With a beautiful view from the balcony, which has a hammock and a small barbecue, full kitchen, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. It was perfect for one night, there was even a barbecue with the moon rising over the sea. Close to shops and close to the airport. When I return to Recife, I will certainly look for this listing!
