We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The place is indeed a beautiful escape from city life though very close to city. A peaceful place in a safe gated community. The interiors are as shown in pictures and very nicely maintained, clean and impeccable. The Puja corner adds to the positive vibes in the house. Kitchen is well stocked, there was a welcome basket too. Beds are comfy, giving good rest. We felt right at home. All the listed amenities were there. There is an inverter too. Right from check-in everything was hassle free as Niharika is a friendly and responsive host. Her apartment is worth visiting again.

Great hospitality and stay

Wonderful place to spend a weekend (or even the whole week) with family and friends. The bungalow was modern, well equipped and had its own private swimming pool. The mountain views from the balconies are really pic-worthy. The location is good and close to the dam and waterfalls. The caretaker staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Jeevan, who was always available at a quick phone call and went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We had a memorable stay here and really enjoyed our time. There are a few good restaurants nearby and you can order and pickup food. Overall, this is one of the best places to stay in Igatpuri.

The place was awesome and matches the description. Ac , geyser, kettle, linen , towels & bedsheet are were in good shape and working. Room has ample space to accommodate 5 people. Need to Request for toileteries like soap and handwash. Overall experience was worth value for money as sanket's mother was very welcoming and took care of all the request. Would like to visit again in future. Thanks.

Phoenix Stays is a great property to stay with family and friends. I have booked this property for my mother and her friends. The staff was very helpful . The host Rohan was himself was present over there and took extremely good care of the guest. The property is exactly same as shown in photos. I would recommend this property if you want to have a comfortable stay with friends and family.

Had an absolutely delightful stay at Valley-view. The villa is very spacious and well-appointed, and being a corner villa, it has a lovely view of the greenery outside. Since it’s December, I was half expecting the place to be not so lush, but it’s not hard to imagine how beautiful it will be during the rains. Still, we heard the calls of woodshrikes, pale-billed flowerpeckers, tailorbirds, Taiga Flycatchers, coucals and sunbirds. The hosts, Megha and Angad, had made every arrangement for a very comfortable stay, and were always very prompt in responding to our messages. The caretaker, Shankar, was extremely helpful, and Suman aunty made us very good food. Valley-view proved to be the ideal setting for a relaxing break and a productive brainstorming session with friends. I'm already looking forward to returning with my family next monsoon. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, I highly recommend Valley-view for a wonderful experience.

Me, my husband, inlaws and our little Shih Tzu Mimi, stayed at Madhu's lovely house Aideem for 2 nights. The house is gorgeous and the best bit was Madhu's company. The breakfast provided was simply scrumptious .. ofcourse visit to Sula and York and Trimbakeshwar just made our trip perfect ! Madhu is a fantastic host and I would absolutely love to stay there again.

Namarata is a great host. My stay was for a day and she filled me with lot of information, helped me with cab services and go to places in Nashik and Trimbakeshwar. Added benefit to stay was felt like home with her presence, a beautiful home with great interior and warm welcoming heart 😊. I recommend to travel enthusiasts to choose her when travelling in Nashik or nearby.

A great place to stay. Very cosy, and well placed. Not very fancy but gets the job done. Special shout out to the caretaker couple, Samay and his wife. They made the experience so much better.

We stayed in the all flat with my group of friends for an amazing weekend! We really enjoyed the location, the range of activities and restaurants, the amazing terrace and Pooja's presence to chitchat and give us good advices throughout the stay!
