Everything in general is very good, the apartment is very spacious, the bedrooms are spacious, the pool is quite cold but because of the heat, it was easier to get in. The host was always available. The only thing that was exhausting was having to ask the guard to open the parking lot door since they don't give you any access cards. But it's a minor problem. Everything excellent.

My family and I were delighted with the place, since apart from being nice, it is accessible to me since it is on the first floor. The whole place is impeccable. I would gladly return.

The accommodation is very well located, there are several shops and places to eat nearby. The house is very spacious and comfortable, well ventilated. Andrea always kept in touch at all times. It will be my place of choice for the next visit.

Very nice house, the place was quiet and beautiful! The only thing is the access to the subdivision is a bit lioso, because each exit and entry registers the access again as if it were the first time, but well that is foreign to the host.

5 Stars – A Beautiful Stay with Outstanding Hospitality Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The home itself was exceptionally clean, well-kept, and just as lovely as the pictures—if not more! What truly made our experience stand out was the incredible hospitality from Luis, the manager. He was attentive, kind, and always available. When one of our guests became ill, Luis quickly recommended a doctor who came to the house and provided care—something we were extremely grateful for. We did experience low water pressure at one point, but Louise addressed the issue right away and resolved it efficiently. His responsiveness and care made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return. Thank you, Luis, for making our trip so enjoyable!

The house is very nice and you have terrific spaces, the host was on the lookout for the whole stay and from before we arrived and was always very kind and clear with everything we needed to know, we would definitely come back .

clean, pleasant accommodation, with a wonderful ocean view. the pool and all the facilities, very good. Close to shopping mall, Oxxos stores, very close to the center of Boca del Rio. Precise instructions for arrival, check-in and check-out, without complications. If it delivers what it offers, If I would return and yes, I recommend it.
