It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Holiday home "Letica" is very comfortable for holiday. It is a fashionably renovated old stone house built in 1907. in the old village Podgora. It is situated about 500m from the sea (airline distance). The house consists of 2 double bed rooms, a living room (with TV), a kitchen and a bathroom-on 1st floor and 2 double bed rooms (with TV), a bathroom and a small kitchen - on 2nd floor. Enjoy a peaceful holiday with beautiful views of the sea and islands and the magnificent mountain Biokovo.

It has 50 m2 south-facing terrace with sun loungers-provides sun all day, but also a shade. It will put you in a holiday state of mind instantly! It's also equipped with AC,WiFi, kitchen utensils etc. You will find anything you need quickly near the apartment-supermarkets (20 m), caffes, souvenirs shops (5 m), ATM (2 m) etc. It's recommended for a great summer holidays to remember!

Naši nedavno renovirani apartmani idealni su za goste koji, uživajući u odmoru, žele osjetiti svu udobnost vlastitog doma. Svi apartmani orijentirani su jug-sjever pa imaju krasan pogled na more, plažu i otoke. Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

Seaside apartment with a lovely view

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
