There are also plenty of seasonal activities, such as skiing, hiking, river play, hot springs, and Hokuto City, which is surrounded by famous peaks, has many viewpoints where you can enjoy views of Mt. Yatsugatake, the Southern Alps, and Mt. Fuji. There is also an abundance of spring water. Please try to find them. The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials.  夜は徒歩で行ける展望台や、隣接する湖畔キャンプ場、または庭といったすぐそばで星空が見られる静かなロケーションです。 （※展望台は雪が積もる季節は登れません） 屋内では、Wi-Fiで簡単に操作できるプロジェクターでホームシアターも楽しめます。隣接する民家がないので、いつでも大音量でお楽しみいただけます。 滞在中は84㎡の占有面積をご自由にお使いいただけます。 洗濯乾燥機を無料で使っていただけますので、長期滞在にもお勧めです。 自炊も可能な設備をご用意していますので、旅行プランに合わせた滞在スタイルを楽しんでいただけます。 冬季（1月〜3月中旬）は、施設付近の道路に雪や氷が残ることがあります。お越しの際はスタッドレスタイヤ装着の車と、できれば４WDでお越しください。

Good access to Shimosuwa Station! We renovated an 80-year-old Japanese house into a traditional and clean space. (New open in 2023!) You can spend a comfortable time by renting the entire building. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
