The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. A peaceful, unique place. A house with all the comforts. You have access to a hot tub, a wood-burning sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat and fishing equipment. In the summer, you can enjoy the river flowing around you by swimming, rowing or fishing. In winter, you have a starry sky and maybe even northern lights. In winter, you can ski, walk or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Ideal for overnight stays or longer stays.
