The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

In this unique place, you can vacation on a scenic beach in your own peace. Next to the cottage begins a beautiful sandy beach about a kilometer long, with hardly any other users. The nearest neighbor is about 500m away. The cottage has electricity and an air heat pump. The cottage has 20 liters of clean drinking water ready. More can be delivered by agreement. Washing water is taken from the outside wall tap. The atmospheric light of the Marjaniemi lighthouse can be seen just over 2.5 km away. Hiking trails can be found nearby.

Welcome to stay in this new, peaceful sauna cabin. Here you can relax in the soft steam of the wooden sauna and stay in a cozy cabin. The sauna cabin is 26m2 in total. On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. The price includes bedding and towels, as well as final cleaning. Free parking in the yard. Electric car charging available. (11kw) Charge 0.25€/kWh.

Villa Tiiro - a log villa with a hunter's spirit

Villa Tiiro is a log house built in the early 1900s in Northern Ii, Koppelintie. The original building has practically log walls, around which the current owner has built Villa Tiiron. The 140-square-foot house has a loft with a kitchen, a bedroom, a hall with a new fireplace, and an alcove bedroom with two beds at the back of the hall. The house has 4 beds and extra beds when the living room and the cabin/living room sofas are spread out, 4. Outdoor hot tub only for an extra fee.

In winter, you can ski, walk or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Ideal for overnight stays or longer stays.
