A private wooden cottage about 20 minutes by car from Nozawa Onsen, accommodating up to 12 guests. Ideal for families, groups of friends, and multiple families. In winter, it is a convenient base for Nozawa Onsen, Shiga Kogen, Madarao, Romance no Kamisama, and Ryuo Ski Park. Nearby attractions include the Snow Monkey Park, Shibu Onsen, SORA terrace, and Yokoteyama. The cottage is surrounded by nature, so insects or small wildlife may occasionally be seen.

Perfect base for skiing in winter and hiking in summer, with Madarao and Togari nearby. 15 minutes from Iiyama Station, with a 7-Eleven (5 min walk) and supermarket (5 min drive). Free parking on site. The lodge sleeps up to 10 guests with 7 single beds and futons, or up to 18 when combined with the second lodge. BBQ rental, billiards, table tennis, and a private bar are available by reservation.

古民家をモチーフにした落ち着いた空間です。リビングには堀こたつ式の大きな囲炉裏をセット、食事やお酒が楽しめます。ほかに４席のカウンターバーがあります。 周辺には野沢温泉スキー場、志賀高原、斑尾高原スキー場、戸狩温泉スキー場などがあり、ウインタースポーツのベースとして最適です。グリーンシーズンは車で５分の所にある斑尾カントリークラブをはじめ、３０分程度で行けるゴルフ場が８か所あり、日帰り温泉施設も多数あります。オーナーは玄関を上がった右側に住んでいていつでもコンタクトが可能であり、日常会話程度の英語が通じます。グリーンシーズンには自家農園でとれた新鮮な野菜がいつでも収穫出来、庭のあづまやでバーべキューも楽しめます。庭も広いのでちょっとした散歩なども楽しめます。飯山の特産品はグリーンアスパラが有名で５月かの７月まで楽しむことができ、近くには道の駅もあって新鮮な野菜や美味しい蕎麦をたのしむことができます。

野尻湖を見下ろす、絶景が楽しめる一軒家です。 車で15-20分ほどの所にスキー場（妙高、黒姫、斑尾）が数カ所あり、ウィンタースポーツの拠点にもぴったり。 薪ストーブのサウナと、絶景の水風呂をお楽しみください。 周りに民家が無いので、大きな音で音楽や映画もご覧いただけます。 山奥に佇む一軒家のため、最大限の対策はしますが暖かい季節には虫が出ます。冬はたくさんの雪が降ります。秋には落ち葉が舞います。 薪ストーブの火もご自身で調整いただく必要があります。 決して簡単に住める家ではありませんが、その分とびきりの景色と体験をお約束いたします。 絶景を眺められるカウンターキッチンと、調味料、調理器を完備していますので、ぜひ料理をお楽しみください。（BBQ用の機材はありません）
