This stay was absolutely incredible! The property was even better than the photos, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and had everything I could possibly need. The hosts truly went above and beyond to take care of me. From check-in to check-out, they were kind, responsive nd genuinely welcoming. I felt completely at home the entire time. This place is a gem and the hosts are simply splendid.

Had a pleasant stay overall! The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and the location is very convenient—there’s a supermarket right downstairs, which made cooking easy. The kitchen is decently stocked, though a few essentials like oil, salt, and sugar were missing. The space itself is aesthetically done and quite comfortable. The bed placement is nice, but being under the fan would’ve made it cooler—both the fan and AC struggle a bit with cooling the entire room. The TV is massive, but just note that you’ll need to log in with your own Netflix/Prime accounts, as subscriptions aren’t provided. Would’ve appreciated an iron and a hair dryer, but these weren’t available. Despite these small things, I highly recommend this place! The building has a gym and a pool, which were a great bonus. Vishal was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

I had really a fantastic experience staying at Alok’s place! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was cozy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting to goa.

Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! the rooms are spacious , morden and well maintained . stayed in a pool side -view room with a private balcony, and waking up to the sound of waves was magical. The bathroom was clean with hot water, host gaurav fully copret the overall comfort. my suggestion is that please arrange a room freshener in wash room and room.

We had a nice stay at this cozy flat, the caretaker was very helpful and the flat is in a good location also.

The place looked just like the photos. Well designed and kept with care. Mr Ram, the caretaker, is welcoming and polite.

We stayed at Harmony, Mr Alok’s place, for 3 days. Given my son was staying in BITS Pilani Goa campus, this was super convenient. Most importantly, the place feels like home. Not like many fancy but mostly unusable AirBnBs we stayed in. And almost as if we walked into one of our own relative’s place. Don’t think twice if you are looking to find a quiet home away from home.

Host was very responsive and maintained the appartment. Nice to stay with family and friends.

Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.

Great location bang in the middle of Anjuna. Easy access to beach and restaurants and bars. Clean and neat apartment equipped with everything you need. Extended Swimming pool timings would’ve been a plus especially during summers when it’s hot during the day.

As per expectations,whatever quoted u get the same. and response is always on point and helpful. definetly will stay again.

It's an Awesome experience staying at Angads Casa Gracia, It's exceeded than our expectations and villa is very well maintained in good community. care taker Binod is very helpful assisting us and provided everything what we ask on time and always available in touch. As everything was inplace in Villa itself and provided each and everything and we don't even got a chance to reach Angad at all and care taker Binod take cares everything before even we ask. I definitely recommend staying in Angad's Villa and felt sad leaving this place and looking forward to stay again when we visit Goa.

The villa was as is in the picture. Beautiful and clean. However, there were a few electricity issues, which err proactively resolved by the hosts. Example: no hot water for a shower or the hot tub. Overall, good experience.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

Very well maintained place with all necessary amenities at hand. The old house feel with all present day requirements are excellently taken care of. Regular cleaning service is available at an absolutely reasonable fees The few requirements which were communicated was also promptly handled by Lincoln. Overall a very homely stay. Daily essentials in terms of grocery and toiletries is a pleasant 10 minutes walk or a 2 min bike ride. Anjona bakery nearby serves authentic Goan snacks and excellent breakfast options.
