Nestled amidst lush greenery and just minutes away from the beach, the property offered the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Goan charm. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and refreshing welcome drinks. The villa itself is beautifully designed – spacious interiors, tasteful decor, and an open layout that seamlessly connects indoor elegance with outdoor serenity. Each bedroom was immaculate, featuring plush beds, spotless bathrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the pool or garden. The private pool was a highlight – clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by palm trees that created a tropical haven. Carmen's villa IKSHAA is beautiful and peaceful. Carmen was a great host, and Anthony looked after as and provided all we required.

Great place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attended to our requests immediately. We were served a quality breakfast. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were great. Only that the whole place needs to be maintained a bit more. Not as shiny as the photos portrayed. Would definitely suggest. Maybe for a cheaper price.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

We LOVED staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff is some of the best in the business. They communicated with us prior to the reservation and helped make my partners birthday super memorable. They actually went the extra mile to decorate and get us a cake. There is always someone around to help and answer our questions. I have never had a stay this peaceful and stress free. The property is so beautiful and well decorated. Stay here for a vacation that will be one you will remember for ever.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

We were a family of 14 and stayed at this old Portuguese village and it was an awesome experience. The 5 rooms were big and spacious, the pool is also big enough for all to jump inntogether. There are multiple places lile dinning area, Living area and the open sit out near the pool where we all could hangout. Break Fast and food that was cooked (we are Veg) was excellent and all the care takers and chef were happy to do what we asked for, also the Barbecue on the first day was excellent. Location of the villa is amazing with Shops, Restaurants and Nice party joints at 5-10min diatance. over all Angel was a great host to an Amazing Property.

Absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous property in Goa! We came for my sister's birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The pool stole the show, the rooms were massive, and the bathroom – a total fan moment! Super clean, stylish, and peaceful. The caretakers were gems, and the host made check-in & check-out a breeze. If you’re heading to Goa, this place is a no-brainer. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at sunshine villa! The property was just as described — clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful, convenient area. The property location is like a 1km away from Candolim main road, beach is like 3-4mins in car, very peaceful villa, clean neat and friendly staff, I liked indoor swimming pool which like a stress buster. no restrictions but it is responsiblity of people staying to keep the dignity and sanctity. Perfect place to enjoy with family and friends. Terrence is very supportive and responsive whenever contacted, got. a Thank you mug, a wonderful gesture, which I haven't received from anyone so far in my stays in Goa. Almas and Abhishek were amazing hosts,making it an amazing experience for my family. The fact that they have a lift inside this beautiful villa is one of the best part for me since my parents who are senior citizens could enjoy staying on the top floor without the stress of climbing stairs - So a Big Thank You for making this villa elderly and kid friendly. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious,stressfree and relaxing experience away from home with family. It meets all your needs!! well, If you are looking for some peaceful time out with your family / friends , it's a great place to be. accomodates 2 - 3 families ( about 8 pax) easily. Spacious , Good food and Goan vibes heigtens comfort feel. Colva beach is about 5-10 min drive. Martin's corner and Madgaon is very nearby. overall worth a relaxing stay.

Super comfortable property, loved the beds and the T.V. Tried their breakfast which was beautifully presented and extremely delicious. The main highlight is definitely the pool, clean, well-maintained and even more enjoyable when it rains. The kitchen is fully equipped which everything one might need. Linen is clean and fresh, the housekeeping services deserve a 5 star. I think it's a great place if you're looking for a villa in north goa since it is in close proximity to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants, casinos and shopping areas. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
