Cozy apartment in an older property located in the South City of Silkeborg. The apartment has bedroom, bathroom as well as living room and kitchen in one. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, bookshelf and dining area. The apartment is the ground floor of our own home and is located on a quiet street where you can park in front of the house. The apartment is within walking distance to Silkeborg's beautiful nature, bathing lake, MTB trails, National bike and hiking routes as well as station, museums and pedestrian area with good trade and cozy restaurants.

Newly renovated bright apartment on the ground floor in a detached house in Lysbro, 3 km from the center of Silkeborg. There is access to the garden, terraces and pavilion, a view of Lysbro forest and from our garden there is direct access to Lyså. There is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. Our place is close to lake and forest and there is a good opportunity for hiking and biking. You can also take advantage of the mountain bike tracks in the forests, as well as kayak and paddleboard from the boat bridge in our garden.

I live here privately, so there are personal belongings in the apartment and not the possibility of storage in cabinets, etc. However, there is space in the fridge and kitchen. No smoking and party/alarm.
