This unique accommodation has its own style. Newly built and opened in October 2023. The host lives in the management room on the first floor, but you can use the space almost as if you were renting the entire building. The entire second floor is private. In addition to the spacious living/dining/kitchen area centered around the Graph Tek island kitchen, the villa's most distinctive space, the Sky Terrace, features outdoor sofas, a sauna (available from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM), a Jacuzzi, and a projector with a screen up to 100 inches for enjoying movies and more. In addition, there is a full-fledged BBQ grill made by the Canadian company Broil King (now Weber due to circumstances), so you can enjoy a barbecue at any time, and you can also enjoy it with a glamping feel. (It is better to prepare thick-cut steak for the BBQ grill rather than meat for yakiniku.) For sightseeing, it is very convenient, as it is located near the nearest JR Kizu Station, which is about 36 minutes by express train to Kyoto Station, about 60 minutes by express train to Osaka Station, and about 6 minutes by express train to Nara Station.

A private Satoyama retreat in the mountains of Nara, just 20 minutes from the city. This traditional one-group-per-day house is renovated with reclaimed wood and uses fresh mountain spring water. Enjoy hands-on cooking with organic rice and vegetables from our farm. Relax in a wood-fired bath, and in the morning experience a Japanese tea ceremony surrounded by nature.
