From Torii-mae Station, a 10-minute walk away, it takes 15 minutes by cable car to Ikoma Mountain Amusement Park. You can also enjoy the old-fashioned atmosphere along the way from the inn to Hozan-ji Temple with a view of restaurants and other places. The early morning walk is very refreshing. Ikoma Station, a 10-minute walk away, is a convenient station with four lines. There are slopes and stairs from Ikoma Station, so we recommend taking a taxi from the station if you have large luggage (around 700 yen). Supermarkets, department stores, and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk. A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!
