Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and historic property dating back to the 17th century located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany. The apartment is furnished in the perfect traditional style of ancient Tuscany : wooden beams, terracotta floors and thoughtful furnishings and products from local artisans that will help you enjoy a pleasant stay . In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a salt pool on a panoramic terrace with wonderful views of castle hills and vineyards with breathtaking sunsets.

The Abbacio apartment is part of an old farmhouse that has been restored respecting the original structure and style. Its location is just on the top of the hill, facing the valley. Surronded by vineyards and olive trees, but also attached to the village. From the house you can easily reach by feet wineries, farms and restaurants. Panzano is halfway between Florence and Siena, easily reached with car. By bus there is a good service from and to Florence, not from and to Siena. A very quiet spot!

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

In the historic center (200m from the main square), it is equipped with: kitchen space; living room with double sofa bed (200x160, Memory mattress) and armchair bed; bathroom with shower. Naturally cool room thanks to the large walls of the historic building in which it is located, on the ground floor, with independent entrance.
