Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ilala

The day before arriving in Tanzania host Esther (who has an apartment in the same building but lives in Europe) cancelled on us without warning and blocked us on Airbnb, leaving me and several other visiting doctors stranded without housing! I am currently in the process of getting her banned from Airbnb because I consider this behavior dangerous - be warned. Thankfully, Maximilian came to our rescue and managed to make an apartment available the same day without prior notice. He is an excellent communicator, very friendly, and always helpful! Much appreciated!

When we arrived, Our Host Glory was there to greet us. She was extremely nice and welcoming. She gave us the tour and showed us where everything was located. The place was actually better than the pictures!!!! Very quiet and serene. Clean from top to bottom. The location was perfect and easy access to the building. There was also concierge service available. Overall it was very homely and comfortable. I really did not want to leave because it felt like home. lol. If I ever come back to Tanzania I will book with you. Thank you Glory for an unforgettable experience

I’ve beem to a handful of Airbnb’s but staying at Nai’s place was an unforgettable experience🤩. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The shared space is incredibly warm, peaceful, and super clean. A true haven of calm with great vibes all around. What made this stay even more special was Nai and Erick themselves. They were so accommodating and genuinely welcoming, not putting on a show or trying to impress, just being their authentic, real selves. That authenticity made all the difference and created a rare and refreshing sense of comfort. It honestly felt like a blend of home away from home. No noise, no stress. Just peace, kindness, and good energy. From the cozy house to the warm-hearted hosts, everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something real, chill, and memorable. I will definetly come back when I’m arround😌😌🙌

It was really great to know Ayubu and communicate with him. A very friendly, pleasant and honest guy. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to actually stay at his place due to technical difficulties, but my interaction with him on the booking issues was the best that any guest would want from a host. I would gladly recommend him as a host and would love to stay at his place next time.

Wakil is a great host and the location is perfect to get both privacy and being in a very nice neighbourhood with crowded markets and all what’s needed! Thank you and see you soon!

The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, including shops, restaurants, and transport. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Zanna’s was an absolutely amazing place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was better than the pictures. All amenities were there and well maintained. The house truly feels like home. Zanna is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved dealing with her and we certainly would go back if we are back in Dar. 10/10 would recommend. Special mention - Dennis who was our chef for the period we stayed at Zanna’s. His food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Plus we loved interacting with him and getting recommendations of where to go from him.

Great place to stay while vacationing in Dar es Salaam. Easy check in and Care taker Malaki was always available for any question. Definitely I am recommending this place.

Hellen's home was awesome! Beautiful, spacious and clean. The garden is well kept with comfy chairs for relaxing outside if you wish to. We had a warm welcome and settled in quickly. Having a strong wifi and smart TV was a big plus. I would definitely book Hellen's place again. And there was Guccie, a lovely dog!

A very nice place to stay with family or friends, all rooms are satsfying, and all essentials are available, electricity, water, wifi, ac, heaters etc

I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time!
