Bosko Siemiany

Bosko Siemiany is an atmospheric place in the heart of a tourist paradise, close to nature, located just 300 meters from the shores of the Lake. There's something for everyone in Siemiany. Water sports enthusiasts, cyclists, anglers, walkers, mushroom pickers will be delighted. However, there is, of course, a place for well-deserved relaxation and blissful laziness. The year-round property nestled among trees giving a soothing shade, it was thoroughly renovated in the spring of 2024.

The house on the escarpment is located away from the hustle and bustle. The windows overlook Lake Motława and right next to it there is a forest belonging to the Iławskie Lake District, famous for its close to 100 lakes and forests rich in a variety of flora and fauna. For active leisure enthusiasts, we have prepared trekking bikes, SUPs, kayak, pontoon and the possibility of renting a sailing boat. And above all, the house has an atmosphere that makes you not want to leave it.

The villa offers a private terrace with a barbecue area and its own hot tub (available in the season between April and October), 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with standard equipment, as well as two bathrooms. Guests also have free access to the Liva Park leisure complex, which includes: a playground, a hammock area, a private beach on the Elblag Canal, a swimming pool (open from April to October), a games and activity area, a mini zoo, and a magical forest.

We are young people with a sense of positive energy and a smile. We found a beautiful nook on earth and decided to share it with you. In the Vermont and Mazurra Mountains, near the Ilava, in the charming picturesque village of the Bottom, where the silence intersects with the sounds of buzzing and branches of trees, the shark of wild goose and herons, as well as the singing of other birds, is the place to go. That's why the “Lake view” cottages were built.

The house offers unforgettable views of the lake and meadow as soon as they open their eyes. It can accommodate up to 9 people, but for larger groups, you can accommodate 5 additional guests using the loft. On the ground floor is a living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace, toilet, bathroom and open kitchen. Upstairs there are three double rooms with double beds, one double room and one single room and one bathroom.

A place to stay and relax for the family and more. Beautiful view of Lake Skarlińskie. I have 3 cottages on separate fenced lots. Each lot has a separate parking lot and a play area for children. Two cottages have a separate bedroom downstairs, and there is a living room with a kitchenette downstairs. On the other hand, one cottage has an open space - 3 separate beds instead of a separate bedroom at the bottom.
