Holiday rentals with beach access in Île-Grande

Beautiful apartment in the immediate vicinity of the beaches. Nathalie was very nice and proactive to make sure our stay went well. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great stay in this small accommodation that has everything a big one has! Cleanliness, comfort and of course a perfect setting for our stay for two. We were able to enjoy the beach within walking distance and the terrace, it was perfect. Audrey, the co-host, was responsive when we needed her, thank you very much. The sofa bed was really great, it was my only concern and I was not disappointed. We will probably come back if we return to the area and we will share the address without any problem. ☺️ Small cocoon highly recommended for your stay on the pink granite coast!

good place to stay nearby the sea

The studio had everything you might need. The view is awesome. The village is cozy, all amenities are available with nice shops, restaurants and terraces. Nearby is a lot to see.

Beautiful, charmingly furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms and kitchen living room. Beautiful balcony with sun with sea view. In shared bicycle shed downstairs is limited space for 1 to 2 bicycles. A few great restaurants around the apartment complex, including 1 right under you. Bakery around the corner. Nice and attentive host, you pick up the key in the center of the village (about 1.5 km further). Recommended

We absolutely love the house and its beautiful surroundings – it truly feels like a happy place. The house itself is very comfortable, and the location is perfect for hikes and day trips. But the real highlight is simply spending time in the garden, enjoying a glass of wine or cider while watching the sea. It’s the perfect holiday home for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and just breathe for a while.

A magnificent and modern house with warm and spacious areas. A beautiful and landscaped garden at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. Proximity to all services within 5 min by car. Absolutely sublime landscapes along the entire surrounding coast.

Great house in a great location. Very clean and well decorated. Geraldine was super friendly and nice. From the house, you can hike directly on the Zöllnerpfad through the pink granite rocks. We can recommend it without hesitation and would definitely come back. Thank you, Geraldine!

Very beautiful well-equipped house. Close to the market, the beach and the city center. The heated pool was the icing on the cake for the children.

What else can you say about this house that the other reviews don't already say? It's just perfect. A fantastic location, it has everything you need and much more. In addition, the furnishings have been carried out with great love down to the smallest detail. You can just tell that the landlords live here themselves. Here you can relax fantastically and enjoy the surroundings and the view of nature in any weather. Simply perfect. You just have to congratulate Pascale and Jean-Louis on this house. The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped and wonderfully located facing the beach. Communication with Kristell is fast and the host is very attentive. Thank you! The only small downside is that the shower cabin is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.
