Holiday rentals with lake access in Île Saint-Louis

No regrets at all in booking this place. It is half an hr away by taxi to Paris and probably 1hr via public transpo. Bus is very accessible just 3-5min walk from this home. So convenient. Love the cozy vibes of the house and you got everything that you need in your stay. The host is also very approachable. Waited for us when we checked in very late and was glad to show us around the house of what will be used and needed. Overall very satisfied, we even think this could be a place again for us ehen we get back to Paris with our kids! We can manage to fit because it is comfortable and also lots of ventilation if you need it. So happy we booked this place even if it was last minute booking already as we had no plans at all. Will definitely refer this to our friends coming over. Thank you!!!

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Her şey çok güzeldi. Kendi evimiz gibi rahattık. Ayrı bir girişi olması baş başa kalmak çok değerliydi. Şehir merkezine 40 dk da ulaştık. Aktarmalar arası yürüyüş yok denecek kadar az. Her haliyle çok iyiydi.

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

This place is a cute little studio perfect for 2 girls. (Just enough space). The metro is close by, there’s a park, lots of food options, and the area seems safe. The hosts were also pleasant and fast in responding. IFFF I were to critique anything, it’s that the curtain in the room doesn’t close. This is a problem during the night when we wanted to change because people can see into the house (we’re on the 1st floor). Other than changing in the bathroom I enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much

Nous avons apprécié le séjour, Philippe est très réactif et à été très arrangeant sur l'horaire d'arrivée. La localisation est très pratique, a deux pas du métro, au pied du bois de Vincennes, avec assez de commerce pour l'essentiel. Nous a bien convenu en tant que famille avec un enfant en bas âge.

If you want to stay in a clean and safe location look no further. Steeve is an excellent host. The Flat is 10-15 min walking from Roland Garros. It's 5-10 min walk to restaurants. The area looks and feels safe. I had my family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (10/13) and we fit perfectly. Highly recommended

It was a very nice place, in an OKAY area. It was really close to public transport, but it would take almost an hour to the city center, were you have to change buses or subways. We chose this place, because we wanted to be near the Zoo, and it was perfect for us. The surrounding was pretty quite and nice, close to a wonderful and big park. Stores, bakerys and restaurants only a few minutes away. The host was really nice, did prepare for us a child seat, baby bed, and helped us fixing with WiFi, when it was down one day. Answers in WhatsAp almost immediately. The appartment was generelly nice for us, but it was not the cleanest. You could see some dust under the bed, under the table and small places that are not so open. Very good insturctions, and good communications from host.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Logement très agréable, bien situé et au calme. Parfait pour visiter Chantilly et les alentours. Je recommande vivement.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

Mein letzter Besuch der "Stadt der Liebe" , rührte noch von meiner Schulzeit her. Dieser Besuch war mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen verbunden. Demnach war ich voller positiver Erwartungen. Diese wurden allesamt bestätigt. Claude und Ihr Mann, sind perfekte Gastgeber, die sehr um das Wohl Ihrer jeweiligen Gäste besorgt und bemüht sind. Die Lage dieser Immobilie, war für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt, da diese wenn man es wollte, zügig ins Stadtzentrum von Paris führen kann, andererseits aber einen so ruhigen und entspannenden Charakter aufweist, wie es eigentlich nur Naherholungsgebiete oder Kurzentren anzubieten vermögen. Ein perfekter Ort zum entschleunigen und dem teilweise stressigen Alltag zeitweise zu entfliehen. Insgesamt gesehen, ist dieses Angebot auch für Langzeitaufenthalte wärmstens geeignet und sehr zu empfehlen. Ich danke den beiden, dass Sie mit dazu beigetragen haben, mir den zweiten Besuch von Paris zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht zu haben.

Logement propre et fidèle aux photos, arrivée en autonomie très facile, hôte très réactif, localisation tout proche du centre de Lamorlaye. Cadre sympa avec les poneys qui sont devant la maison !

Très bonne communication avec la hôte qui a été réactive et sympathique. Le logement était propre, chaleureux et bien équipé, tout ce que nous recherchions. Je recommande !

J'ai pu séjourner chez Thierry : très calme, spacieux, très spacieux. Chacun des cottages dispose d'une terrasse où prendre le soleil en regardant les bâtiments équestres tout autour. Il y a devant les cottages une très grande pelouse où les enfants peuvent courir et jouer en toute sécurité. Le logement était mieux que sur les photos, plus grand. On peut venir à plusieurs familles sur plusieurs appartement car ils forment un bel ensemble. Thierry est un hôte très sympathique.
