I used it for the first time in France, during my stay in Paris.This facility was located in an area called Moodon, close to the Setagaya and Seijo areas in Japan. Nearby, there was a small supermarket like My Basket, which was a 5-minute walk away, and a large supermarket called a hypermarket, which was a 15-minute walk away. It was very close to the tram station, within 5.6 minutes. The room itself was cleaned by the host, and I had a comfortable stay, of course, and there was a bedroom and a kitchen, dining and living room of about 15 tatami mats. The host was very polite and exchanged messages with me, and I received a reply immediately. The dryer and washing machine, and the bathtub for the Japanese, were helpful. The city, for example, the Eiffel Tower, is about 30 minutes away by tram and subway, but it doesn't feel far, and I was able to relax in a calm mood. I would like to use it again when I come to France.

We loved everything about our stay here! I stayed in Paris for 4 days for the New Years Eve celebrations and really enjoyed deciding to stay here over a hotel. First, the building itself is very secure with double security points to get in (you need a code or key fob to enter) which made me feel extremely safe, especially as a woman. Secondly, the neighboring tenants of the apartment were incredibly friendly and helpful in suggesting neighborhood favorites and tips on navigating Paris as we interacted in the elevator and lobby. Third, Franck’s friend (who we did the most communicating with) always checked in throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us get acquainted with everything in the apartment at check-in (if I could give the place 1000000 stars just for her I would). And lastly, the stay had everything we could need! Detergent, small open bar, pantry items, and balcony with a small but still impactful view of the Eiffel tower!!

Although the apartment is compact, it had everything you need to be calm and comfortable. It is perfect if you travel alone or as a couple. It has several points of interest nearby. The only thing that for some (not my case) could be a problem is that it does not have an elevator, but even so, for the price and location, it is worth it. Francis is an excellent host and his instructions are complete, he has thought of everything

Very nice place around Paris! The neighborhood is cute and safe, and the apartment is fully equipped and cozy. It’s around 40 minutes from the centre of Paris by public transport. I would definitely stay again!
