Villa directement sur la tranquille plage d' Anse Mire.( aucun scooter). A 8 minutes à pied du bourg et du débarcadère. La villa vue mer : un séjour confortable TV, une chambre climatisée lit 160 , une mezzanine ventilée un lit 140 au dessus du salon, grandecuisine, salle d eau , 3 terrasses , BBQ un grand jardin tropical bien entretenu, et bien évidement partout la vue mer Villa pour 4 personnes uniquement. Possibilité de louer un studio climatisé attenant ( + 2 personnes) 6 au total.

Oubliez vos soucis dans ce logement spacieux et serein. Tout confort avec piscine, deck, transats, stores, etc. Savourez pleinement ce cadre exceptionnel sous le soleil tropical, avec une vue imprenable sur mer et dégustez un ti punch au bord ou dans la piscine (exclusivement réservée au couple occupant le T2) . Pensez à réserver en novembre 2026 pour admirer les skippers de la route du rhum qui passent sous vos yeux!! Un véritable spectacle de ces héros de la mer.

Very nice bungalow facing the sea located at Pointe Coquelet, 2 min walk to Anse Mire beach next to the Kanaoa hotel. The living room and kitchen overlook the terrace and garden facing the sea, there is a bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor, upstairs there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet.
