Holiday houses in Îlet Petite Grenade

We spent a little less than two weeks with the family at Laetitia's beautiful house. We were 3 couples and 1 toddler, and the configuration of the house was perfect with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is very nice, well-equipped, with nice outdoor amenities. Special mention for the swimming pool (which must have been at 30 degrees!) and the hot tub, very pleasant in the evening when returning from a walk. The air conditioning in all the rooms was welcome given the hot weather we had during the stay. Finally, the communication was very fluid both with the concierge company (thanks to Amelie for her information throughout the stay) and with the owner Laetitia who was very accommodating on the day of departure. In short, we recommend 200% of this very pretty house for a successful stay in Martinique:)

We spent 8 nights in the house with our young children. The house is located in a quiet, safe area and allows absolute tranquility. The house is far from shops, however it has exceptional views of the sea, the village and the mountains. Highlights: - Very responsive host and concierge service and they give good advice and small touches - The house is clean and offers an open air concept to the garden sea view +++ - Very comfortable bedding and extra cute bathroom adjacent to each bedroom - The pool and the sea view is even more beautiful in person! - Very quiet area allowing nights of sleep to the sounds of waves and sounds of nature. To be considered: To get to the house, you have to use a rather bumpy dirt/stone path - we strongly suggest renting a small SUV. However, a real road seemed to be under construction during our stay!

Sonia was the most sweet and fantastic host we could’ve asked for. She was present, kind, and answered any questions we had before and during the stay. We really appreciated her warmth and hospitality. Her fruits in the morning and appetizers were also a fantastic touch! Couldn’t have asked for a better host.

The coco lodge is a small haven of peace in a beautiful tropical garden. We were greeted with bananas from the garden. The pool is perfect for cooling off and the kitchen open to the outside is really nice. Perfect for visiting all of southern Martinique

A perfect stay. The place was peaceful, very well maintained and had a beautiful sea view. Our hosts were a rare kindness: warm, welcoming and always ready to share great tips and recommendations for discovering the region. A really nice experience, I would recommend it without hesitation! So, a huge thank you to Dominique and Genny and see you in the sun ☀️

Beautiful villa with great view! We arrived in the evening and discovered the terrace and the night song of Martinique. However, the surprise and happiness came the next morning when we opened the doors and were able to admire the magnificent view of the village, the mountains and the sea!! WoW. The photos, as usual, do not do justice to the beauty of the place. We loved the outdoor layout and the brightness of the house once the doors and shutters were open. The pool is a big plus! It was extraordinary to enjoy it. It has everything you need on the equipment side. The air conditioning in the room was really nice for the nights. Everything was very clean as well. A note on the entrance and the famous slope... it's not a problem! The villa is very well located to enjoy the attractions of the island; near Diamant, Trois-Îlets and the beautiful beach of Les Anses-d'Arlet. We really hope to return to this villa.

Thank you again for a lovely stay at the Villa. It matches the photos, extremely comfortable, and the pool is superb: it's a real plus... The villa is close to the beach, just to the right when exiting the street, we really enjoyed being able to enjoy the boat trips offered by Karine, the nearby kitesurfing school, and the walks on the Ilets du Francois, a real little paradise! Thank you very much to Karine for her service, her advice, her responsiveness, and our exchanges. We highly recommend this beautiful place and we hope to be able to come back!
