This place was amazing! Such a beautiful view on the balcony. The amenities alone were worth the money. Very safe and secure. High up so you get a great view and less noise. Janaina’s place is definitely a must if you’re looking to stay in luxury and explore Rio!

Novissimo and in great location

This place is amazing and modern! Everything was exactly as the pictures displayed. I love the fact that It was close to all of Lapa’s bars, a drug store, bank, an awesome dinner/breakfast spot across the street and the Arcs which is were all the food vendors were at night. There was more than enough quality towels, pillows, blankets and so many outlets. FYI, there are is even an outlet that you can directly plug in your USB-C or USB cable (super important, if you forgot your converters). Breno was always extremely responsive and accommodating. I have not one complaint about this place. I will definitely be returning when I come back to Brazil and recommend this place to all.

I don't have enough words to describe the accommodation and the host João Luiz. About the accommodation; everything is very clean, beautiful, organized, with all the necessary utensils, coffee machines, airfryer, lunchbox, washer and dryer, quality pans, microwave, bath towels, bed linen, in short, everything thought out in its smallest details. Impeccable! The excellent location, close to everything, public transport, restaurants, bakeries, market, craft fair, and next to the museum of tomorrow, all on foot! About the host, exceptional is an understatement, João Luiz is a unique human being, pleasant, fair, empathetic, attentive, he spares no effort to make the stay the best possible, and much more, he helped us and supported me and my family in matters important to us without knowing us, undoubtedly a good person of principles and values in their most essential forms. Thank you for everything João! Those were happy days, we are going with the desire to return ❤️🙏🏼

First of all, the hosts were always very helpful at all times I needed or wanted to talk to them. Very clear all instructions. Very clear. About the property: very cozy, very organized, perfectly meeting the needs. Perfect bedding, perfect dishes, impeccable bathroom. The building has all the necessary infrastructure, as the advertisement says. Hi-speed internet. The building's employees are always very helpful. It was a great experience. When necessary, I will certainly return.
