The house was totally clean, everything matched the photos. Beautiful condominium, well located, with a practically private beach. Raquel helped us with everything, she was a great help. When we got back from the beach, the house was spotless and food was ready! The rooms had comfortable and practical accommodation, as shown in the photos. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Alan's house in May and what a pleasant experience. The house offers everything we need. Super organized, clean, in a quiet, peaceful and safe condominium. We walked a lot, several beaches nearby, some more deserted, others with kiosks, but all very quiet, very calm sea, great for those with children. Alan and his wife deserve a special thank you, super attentive, they recommended several good places, met our needs and were super kind in all aspects. It was truly a journey to be cherished in memory and heart. May God bless you both. We'll be back any day now.

We loved the stay, super-equipped and cozy house; We didn't have much contact with the hosts, but in the little contact we did have, they were very cordial. We suffered a little on the first night, due to the smell of the rooms, I believe because they were closed and the weather was rainy, especially room 01, but nothing that a full day of airing out wouldn't solve, this didn't hinder our stay. Beautiful place!!! Great house!! We love it and recommend it!

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

There were 7 of us, 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. The children played and enjoyed that beautiful park. The house was very comfortable, the pool being fenced gave us peace of mind. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the bathrooms were fine. I would come back and I will recommend it to my friends and family. The house is extremely pleasant and we have a breathtaking view! Personally, it is even more beautiful than in the pictures! It is located practically by the beach, just steps from the sea. The beach is quiet and little bustling, which provides a lot of privacy and quiet. The house is well equipped, offering beach chairs, sun umbrellas, stand-up boards, canoes and various items to ensure fun throughout the stay. For children, there is pool, slide and swing, which was a great success in our family. The kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. The courtyard is full of fruit trees that guests can consume. Although the house is old, it is very well maintained and impeccably clean. The hosts were super attentive, greeted us with cake, and explained everything about how the house works We were beyond pleased!

Perfect trip for a family Carnival! The house is sensational, even much better than the photos can show! From the reservation to our exit, everything was very well organized with Silvio and Marcia, which still have a cleaning and kitchen staff note 1000. It was our first time in Itaguaí. Vítor's accommodation was in the way of description, clean, organized, with good location and with great privacy. Vitor has been requested and attentive since the reservation. It indicated places we could visit, restaurants and everything else. The city is pleasant and has great energy. I and my family, we had an excellent weekend at Mr. Ricardo's house and his wife ,Mrs. Maria. We were greeted with a fruit basket and a welcome card. The house besides beautiful and cozy, was extremely clean . And when the accommodations and features, they correspond exactly to the listing description. Not forgetting to mention that the property is glued to the beach and the place is wonderful, with a clean and beautiful beach. Super quiet place, excellent to rest. Not to mention the view that is spectacular. The house is just like the listing photos. We went in 4 people and we were very comfortable. The two bedrooms have air-conditioning working super well. The house has 2 Wi-Fi networks. It is about 6km from Saco Beach where it has a market with super affordable prices. Very close to the beach of Junqueira and Santo Antônio. Mr. Rogério and Clarice are super attentive and have given us all support.

The small team of hosts were very helpful and patient with us as we were later than we anticipated to arrive. The balconies at this residence are stunning. Just a little bit of a maze to get there. Easier when you zoom in on the map to the pin point.
