Excellent Flat!! Perfect location!! Perfect service!! The only thing I missed was bedding. This didn't spoil my daily rates, but it looks like a tip. Other new utensils and working perfectly! Security of the tb boa building. Foot in total sand. We'll come back other times.

I've had an excellent experience in this house! The property is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well maintained, comfortable and very well located. The rooms are airy, tastefully decorated and extremely functional. The kitchen was complete and equipped, the rooms had clean and comfortable bedding, and all the spaces conveyed a welcoming feeling of home.

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

Apartment as described, met our needs very well. Very nice condominium, but the beach requires attention, as it is dangerous. We took a boat trip from the marina of the condominium itself, it was great. Suggestion: bring mosquito repellent (electric and body), the screens on the windows and doors do not hold the ninjas. Among the many apartments available for rent in the condominium, I chose this one because of the compliments to the host, I did not regret it, Washington is amazing, a friendly person.

Adriana and her husband were kind and solicited with my family, soon upon arrival we were graced with snack, beer and soda. The condominium is very quiet and 10 minutes from the beach on foot by the train line, but my family and I find it a little dangerous there but for those who are not afraid is the best way. The stay was good, clean house and good structure for 4 people and despite the incident with the box, which broke and hurt my father-in-law, we like it very much.

We really enjoyed Fernando's cabin! He is a very responsive host and really attentive to us; always accommodating The location is nice in the middle of the forest Just be aware of the noise from Che Lagarto just below But apart from that, the stay was perfect. We loved Ilha Grande!

Overall, well spent rental holiday for 5 days, outstanding views of the ocean.

Hosting was an amazing experience. Well before the date, we received a welcome folder with instructions on accommodation and tips for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. Dona Rosa is an extremely polite, kind and professional owner. Andréia welcomed us with great lightness and professionalism. The apartment is exactly the same as the photo. Very clean and pleasant environment. High-end furniture. All the appliances and electronics in the house are high-end. Super well-equipped kitchen. The location of this apartment is privileged within the Condominium, as it is just a few steps from the beach and the natural pool, in addition to having a breathtaking view. It's well worth it!!!! We'll be back for sure!

Lino's loft is exactly as in the photos, all new and available for use. The location is excellent, the balcony overlooks the sea and the pool area. If you wake up early, you can see the sunrise from the balcony, in front. Very beautiful.

The accommodation is a dream! It's like being in the middle of the jungle with its vegetation. Quiet, beautiful balcony! Super close to the center, the beach and the bars. Renata, Aparecía and Newton were always a second away from helping us and also giving us info about the island! We'll be back ❤️

It was a great stay, it exceeded all expectations! A cozy house that integrates with the climate and atmosphere of angra, providing wonderful feelings! Ricardo, the very requested owner, educated and served us in the best way possible. Angela ,the householder appointed by the owner, an excellent professional who makes a good clean and prepares great meals. Finally, it was all wonderful, we'll come back more often!

Right on the beach! Alessandra is a great host. The beach is lovely, and there is a restaurant with live music right next door. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Alessandra helped us with many plans, from tours, to uber boats, to dining recommendations. She’s a goldmine of information! As this is right on the beach, next to a restaurant, be sure you’re a good sleeper, or bring earplugs. The music carries over to the rooms, and a light sleeper may have some trouble. Other than that, this is a gorgeous location with a wonderful, helpful host!

The location is wonderful, the house is beautiful, but it needs maintenance. The doors do not run easily, which makes it difficult to close them, that of some of the bathrooms not even running, could not use it because there was no way to close the door. The kitchen needs improvement and lacks a microwave, coffee maker…the sandwich maker didn't work. The cleaning was also not adequate, the refrigerator had a bad smell of fish and we needed to clean before placing the groceries, with the oven and stove the same thing, it had a lot of accumulated fat, but it worked well. One suggestion is to wash the seats of the dining table chairs, they were very frowned. Other than that, we love the stay, sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up with that look, made it all very worthwhile. Luiz Gustavo was very helpful and available. I intend to come back more often!

A true paradise! The stunning view makes you feel at peace from the beginning to the end of your stay! I'd be looking at it all my life and I wouldn't get tired, it made the tour even more worth it. Townships blows a delightful wind every morning and afternoon. The lofts are very well equipped and organized, the stove works perfectly and has a great oven for those who will cook as we did. The instructions are clear and communication with Carla was super ok! The access ramp to the garage to climb with a low car is a little difficult, but not impossible. Even with the demand for the holiday we enjoy everything without any noise or external problems. Although there is no air conditioning, fans serve the space very well. I hope I can come back soon, it's really a private paradise in the midst of nature!

The house is extremely cozy! We spent an amazing weekend with friends, and it was great to disconnect from the routine. We enjoyed every corner. The house is super well equipped, with various utensils, bed linen, internet and even games! The decor is beautiful and cosy. Despite being located on the island, access was very easy. Ronaldo gave us great tips, which we followed and loved! The check-in and check-out were super flexible, which made it very easy. I recommend it too much and would definitely come back!
