The apartment is well complete and organized. The building is in front of the red beach, a great beach for those who do not like tranquility, without kiosks and street vendors all the time. Rosângela is super friendly, but she answered all my questions very quickly.

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

The apartment is very well located, a few meters from the beach, on the main street. Nearby it has markets, restaurants, but there is no night noise. It is a quiet area, you can hear the sea and has a good view. It is very comfortable, good shower and has a well equipped kitchen. The access can be a bit difficult for the elderly because they are quite a few stairs and you have to enter through a campsite. Patrick was friendly and greeted us outside of Check in time without a problem. Highly recommended! We'd be back!

Excellent stay at Rafael's, the house is more beautiful than in the photos, always clean. Arrivals were easy with boat transportation from the Marina. The place is superb, there are kayaks available, don't miss a morning walk with Ilha da Pescaria it's beautiful. Also the local agency boats pick you up directly from the house

Great place, we only had a little problem with the refrigerator the first day, as it wasn't freezing, but then it went back to work. Wenice is great, caring, caring. We were in a group with children and fit all perfectly, nobody went through tight. I recommend it!

Excellent stay! The house and surroundings are beautiful, full kitchen, spacious and well organized house. We were very well taken care of by Adriana. At night, with a clear sky, you can see the sky full of stars. The only point of attention is the dirt road on arrival, which for those who are not used to it, or in rainy seasons, can be a little scary. I went on days without rain and it was super quiet. In addition, everything is impeccable, I highly recommend it!

The place was what we expected for a house in the forest that was what we wanted, we made the way with a baby lap (1.8years)that was not a problem for us. We even let him turn on the trail by himself. The waterfalls are close to the house 5 min and the beach is about 15 min walk. If the intention is to stay in a more isolated place in the middle of nature this is the place. The access difficulties exist as is natural from a place like this but worth it for sure. Always kind hosts have provided us with a great stay. Thank you.

Beautiful place! They have a team on site to help with cleaning and maintenance, and they are all super nice! The property is very private and larger than it looks at first. The access is a little challenging, with very steep ramps to go down from the road to the house, I do recommend arriving with daylight to help, specially the first time. The property is about 15 min away from downtown by car, but you can arrange boat rides to come and get you right there. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

The Chalet is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with a breathtaking view! We saw the sunrise, which was unforgettable, I recommend it! Check in and check out without bureaucracy! The host is 1000!!! Always very attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay, we will come back more often for sure!

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

Beautiful house, with a wonderful view, totally immersed in nature but still comfortable, with all the basic utensils and an incredible pool. I saw several types of birds every day. Great for those who want to rest, as it has quiet neighbors and no shops nearby. It is close to Praia Grande and about 8 km from the center of Paraty.

Highly recommend Suzy’s house. Great location in a beautiful garden with a pool. Suzy is very kind and gave us lots of information about the house and things to do in the area. We loved our stay!

We stay 5 days in May/25 at William's house in Paraty, it is a very special place, a place with a privileged view of the beautiful Marina and the entire historic center of Paraty, the condominium is very quiet, wooded, with kind staff. The apartment is very beautiful, clean, high standard of finishing, good taste of decoration - gives the impression that the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. William is an excellent host, with tips on restaurants and tours in Paraty, shown to be attentive and helpful in our demands, I will recommend to many friends their stay there.

Ahh, we love Dora's little corner! No one wanted to leave... What a wonderful view, it exceeded my expectations! Clean environment, clean, everything very well taken care of. We want to return for sure!

Simply wonderful! The accommodation was excellent in all aspects — comfortable, clean and very well located in Angra dos Reis. But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience! Imagine a tranquil, beautiful, calm and perfect place to rest and, even better, it is very close to the historic center, beaches, walks, shops, supermarkets and various businesses...: the Condominium is all that!!!
