The house also has a 65-inch TV in the living room and a 50-inch TV in the upstairs en-suite. Broadband internet with Wi-Fi. The house is 300 meters from the center.

Everything about it is perfect, its location on the beachfront (2 meters from the water) makes us feel like we are on the beach even without leaving the house. With the speedboat, kayak and boats we venture into the calm sea that reminds us of a lagoon. Whenever we are in it, fun is guaranteed in sports such as swimming, beach soccer, fishing, diving, etc. The house is quite well-equipped, with everything we need in our private club!!!! Ideal for families, this house was made to be as cozy as possible with beautiful decor, a full kitchen, and many windows to make the environment cool and bright. The showers are strong solar-heated showers. The terrace is a very pleasant space ideal for barbecuing, relaxing in the hammock, surrounded by a fence and safe for children to play. And the beach is very close, approximately 50 meters. It is located in a quiet place with no hills or stairs.
