we had already been there 1 time, with the whole family, to solve a mass of a death of a family member and had already been great. Now only my parents went to solve bureaucratic problems in the city and simply loved, felt at home, didn't even want to leave RS, went hiking, they liked the nearby area, the variety of trade, banks, markets, etc. Ana Paula helped them with the TV and with everything they needed, they will be more often if you need it. Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

The best location in Barra, the apartment matches the photos and descriptions, the building is easy to get around, it's a quiet place and the environment is always clean with the daily cleaning that is done in the apartment. Mr. Mario is very attentive and available! I'll be back!

It was very pleasant to spend these days in the calm of nature, Mari was super solicitous and attentively answered any concerns with a speed never seen before! The environment was perfect when we arrived, 100% tidy and clean!! It's just like in the photos, we simply love it and we'll be back!! It is very peaceful, almost no one passes by and the sound of the animals is unparalleled, the peace we witnessed in these days was magical! I am so grateful to Mari for everything 💕

Nice for a short term stay. The double bed is uncomfortable but the small bed is very comfy. Nice local area and the pool + gym is a nice bonus

My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks. Great neighborhood. Friendly people that worked in the building. Also met some nice neighbors. Very updated interior or apartment. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Eno was easy to communicate with. Obrigado!

An amazing option for a big group. Stayed here for carnaval and the owner, who lives downstairs, was extremely friendly and helpful. Pedro was very present as well and took care of everything we needed. Would definitely book again! A plus: check-in and check-out were extremely flexible. Thank you for having us!!!

At check-in, we did biometrics and got a tag for the car; access at any time without problem. Huge garage, with doorman and valet (if necessary); I recommend the 45° parking spots. Swimming pool with sun only in the late morning (in June). The good thing is that the beach is right in front with sun all day. By the pool, snack bar/restaurant/bar with honest prices (pay attention to the kitchen's opening hours!). Excellent gym (bring sneakers to use it). And, if you need it, there is a beauty salon (I did not use the services, but they are available). The building is very well maintained and the staff is super friendly. About the apartment: the lock is digital; we don't need to carry a key. You don't hear a peep from the neighbors. Super comfortable; it has nice sheets and mattress. Nice towels too. Nespresso and strainer coffee makers. Nice lighting. And, upon arrival, a little treat: a bottle of water and chocolates. Rafael is available and attentive all the time. Great choice in the region!

Too Good Space and Super Organized

Rodrigo is a very good host, always replying timely to your request. The apartment is in good condition and has a very nice terrace. Clean and bright. The numbers of sockets should be improved but this is the local standard unfortunately. Amazing beach downstairs.

A wonderful stay, this small studio with a magnificent view in front of the bed is really perfect. Available in a Safety Protected Area and above all two wonderful homeowners who prepare a magnificent and abundant breakfast and are truly special people with whom to have a friendly conversation about all topics. I highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed at tons of AirBnBs over the years and Andre and Raul’s was one of the coolest and Most memorable ever!! Andre and his father Raul were so incredibly kind, and the most gracious hosts. What we loved from start to finish - * Andre helped us get a driver to the house easily from Copacabana * Check In was flexible and he allowed us to store our things after we got in early * The home itself….omg it’s so awesome. Just like the pictures if not better! I wish we had booked for a week! * Amazing hiking nearby with trailheads that started right down the road leading to beautiful vistas, waterfalls, and monkey and toucan sightings! * Speaking of monkeys, we loved that on our first morning there one particularly friendly one came by to say hi! * The community is lovely, and we had a blast meeting some of the nearby neighbors who were also so welcoming * Views are absolutely stunning, especially from the back deck of the house and the pool! A secluded safe condominium haven close drive to the beach and all necessities. A stunning garden and tasteful, impeccably up-kept house with best linen I’ve experienced in airbnb. Pool and luscious garden setting was a bliss. Lucia was an amazing host, I am very happy to have spent a week there! Absolutely recommend.

It was a great stay! The space is identical to the listing, the check-in instructions were very detailed and very easy to access the site. Well clean and served us as a couple well. The place is also very quiet, the building is very quiet and the concierge is very gentle. We had no problem that Fabiana's support was required but she was on standby and always responded quickly. In short, everything perfect! Very quiet neighborhood, beachfront building and well located.
