Our experience was amazing! The apartment is even better than in the photos - super clean, comfortable and super well equipped, with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location is great, close to everything The hosts were extremely attentive and communicative, always ready to help and with quick responses. It was a pleasure dealing with them! Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

Excellent! We will definitely choose this place when we return to BC. The location is excellent, the apartment is a gem. Thaisa (hostess) was helpful, proactive and welcoming.

Excellent place, very well located and clean. Very well equipped, everything thought of what the guest may need, from kitchen items, cleaning, etc… Very good indeed! And the condominium also has a convenience store, which makes it much easier if you need something. I highly recommend it!

We stayed a week in the apartment and everything was wonderful, from check-in to the last day, the place corresponds to everything that was described in the listing. The view is amazing, and everything was very clean and fragrant. We had no problems during our stay, I highly recommend this place and I intend to return soon.

The apartment is excellent, located in the center near Av Brasil easy to access for anything you need to do in Bc. Spacious property with several different environments, boasts one of the best views of the bathhouse and impresses anyone. For sure will be one of my options when you return to Bc

Very beautiful, well located house and especially the view of the beach and a spectacular dawn. Communication was quick and quiet. Although we were in the middle of 05/2025, we had hot days, with lots of sunshine and pleasant nights. Even in a low season, the city offers a great structure of markets, restaurants, commerce and services in general. We'll be back for sure.

We spent great days in this apartment! It's just like the pictures. Bed linens of excellent quality. The garage space is private. It has beach utensils at your disposal. We spent a few days, but they were great! It was worth it.

It was a great stay! The house is impeccable! Very beautiful and equipped and has a sensational view of the beach and surroundings! Large house with excellent living areas and outdoor area, which made the staff very comfortable in the environments. The house has several decorative items and is simply beautiful. And everything was extremely clean in the smallest details. The outside was very well taken care of and the host was very helpful. We recommend it!!

The home was spotless. Maicon was an excellent host, helping us at all the necessary times. The accommodation is well located near the Navegantes airport and Beto Carreiro. For those who do not want to rent a car, with the Uber app you can get around the region very well, even traveling to Balneário Camboriú, where we had a great ride on the Ferris wheel.

We had a great stay. All according to the photos,house organized , clean and very well cared for. The hosts are very kind and flexible. We are already planning a new stay in the house. Excellent. See you next time!

This property is a little gem. We and our two dogs felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Located on the mountain on three levels is the house with the balconies, the garden with its trees and plants and the large covered terrace with barbecue area, all perfect for enjoying. Especially to mention the breathtaking view of the small fishing village, the sea and in the background the skyline especially at night. Our host is a very friendly and likeable person and was always there for us when we needed her. We will be happy to come back.
