Our private and self contained two bedroom unit is amongst the nature in Mooloolah Valley. On a large block, overlooking the cow paddocks, a creek at the back and lush nature surrounds, you can truly relax and unwind in our little escape to the valley. Located underneath our home, the unit has a private entrance and is entirely your space to enjoy. We are a family with a young child, and although we take care to be mindful of noise above, please note that you may hear small noises at times.

Our conveniently located studio apartment is just 10 minutes from the beautiful Maroochydore and Mooloolaba beaches. Enjoy a well-appointed private and cozy air-conditioned space including a 55" smart TV with Netfix, gigabit internet, and a work desk. Your own bathroom, kitchenette and private patio with BBQ. Washing machine, ironing board, and secure parking, suitable for Caravans and Motor Homes. Our Sunny Studio is the perfect base to explore surrounding beaches, local dining and shopping.
