GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

The BAS VILLAGE "Le Camélia" cottage is classified as furnished tourist accommodation and labeled 4 stars (Gite de France label). It is located 17 km from Mont Saint Michel in the municipality of VAL COUESNON. It can accommodate 9 people, you will have 4 bedrooms, and the cottage is equipped with three shower rooms/bathrooms. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available free of charge. You have terraces and private parking and an electric car charging point.

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse. Renovated in 2024 and with an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a pretty 45 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and you can enjoy an outdoor area of about 100 m². Wifi, linens and towels included, all you have to do is drop off your bags!

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
