Cabin holiday rentals in Illinois river

We had a great time. Spent a lot of family time in the cabin and the kids loved the hot tub. After we spent time hiking at Arrowhead State Park it was nice to relax.

Steven was INCREDIBLY accommodating! We were working with very particular days that we needed, and they coincided with a previously scheduled house repair that he had scheduled. He went above and beyond to make it work for us, even discounting an early arrival for us. His communication was excellent and the effort he put in to make it work for us really stood out. The house is peaceful and perfect for any group. Great bed arrangements. The kids loved having their own space downstairs to hang out and play. Plenty of outdoor seating that surround the entire house. Loved the fire pit being near the hot tub, as we were all able to enjoy visiting together no matter which option we chose. Provided firewood was definitely a bonus! Can’t wait to come back again during the summer!

What a beautiful location right on the river! Roxxy, my pup, and I enjoyed our stay so much! It’s so tranquil and soothing. We loved our peaceful walks, splashing in the river, and the tall, beautiful trees. The cabin is very clean and comfortable, with lots of extras. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

This place was perfect! We took a group of 8 to stay at the cabin for a river float weekend. This cabin was right by the lake and the area was beautiful! It was only 25 minutes from the river floats. The entire house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

This experience from beginning to end was perfect. From the breathtaking view, to the amenities, and of course the super sweet host, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. My husband booked this for my birthday weekend so we could float the river, (that we were 6 minutes from) and Stacy had left us a 6 pack & bottle of wine as a birthday gift. We will most definitely be back!

We stayed for 4 nights for my son and daughter in laws wedding. It was really nice having The Lodge right next to the venue. Beautiful place and location. Only real issue was the down stairs air conditioning worked just so so. Temps were approx. 80 degrees so not bad at all. Up stairs worked excellent. Other than that, the home is beautiful, very comfortable and communication was excellent. Thanks Rebekah, Rick

A lovely place and would recommend!

Great place to stay for a river weekend with friends. I unfortunately lost my phone in the river so I didn’t have access to the check in instructions, but Phil was very easy to contact and responded quickly! The air bnb was eclectic, clean, comfortable and the scenery was gorgeous

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay after driving 2 days from Pennsylvania to get here. It was as wonderful as I had hoped it would be. My dogs loved the fenced in yard and me and my brother loved the privacy of having two rooms/beds to enjoy our own space. If I’m ever back in the area I would book this place again!

The cabin was amazing for my friends and I! The land was beautiful, and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful getaway, this place is it! The views are amazing and the pods are such a unique experience!

Tom was an amazing host! He was super helpful and extremely responsive if I had quick questions about anything! The cabin was very private and peaceful, and it was a very great getaway! I loved being surrounded by the trees and nature, but still close by to restaurants and the lake! I can't wait to stay here again for our next adventure! 💜

Julie was great to communicate with. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

This makes our third time staying here. The little cabins are perfect for a stop over to our destination. I love I can bring my pet and Chubbys up the road has the best nachos.

Great Airbnb! We got rained out for a bit of the weekend, so it was perfect that this house was cozy and had streaming available. It’s about 15 minutes from Carlton’s Landing, where we walked around and drank coffee from The Meeting House. 6ish minutes to downtown Eufala, where we ate amazing sea food at Captain John’s. The hosts were also SO helpful and kind. Great people.

Very cute house and wonderful stay! I appreciated the local recommendations and responsiveness of the host :) my son left his phone and they let us know immediately and shipped it back to us! Would definitely stay again

We booked here last minute and everything turned out to be more than expected. Everything was clean and every room stocked with everything you could need. Area is very peaceful and we felt right at home. We loved playing board games and hanging out on the porch watching nature! We would stay here again!

Great, peaceful stay. We didn’t have any problems during our stay. If I had a question Lacey was very quick with a reply. The house is beautiful with great porches front and back. Everything you need is there!

Breakfast on the deck with a view of Lake Tenkiller was so pleasant, a perfect beginning for day one. And the location was perfectly positioned between our two planned events, allowing us to quickly be in Tahlequah and a community south of the Lake.

It was amazing to say the least, very quite enough you could hear the birds an insects at night. The view of lake Tenkiller is perfect, me and my family love this place.

Was a wonderful few days relaxing with relatives we haven’t seen in years. Amazing memories were made with a beautiful backdrop and wonderful home feel. Will definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Larry & Joan’s cabin is much more than what the pictures show! The view is breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. Private, clean, beautiful and cozy! The cabin has three floors and in each floor you will find literally everything you might need. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had all we needed to cook our Christmas dinner… pots, pans, bowls and ALL appliances you can think of. The lake is extremely close, truly a 2min walk. We got to watch birds by the lake side. The only thing I would add to our stay was at least two more days lol. We will definitely plan to be back soon. Thank you Larry & Joan for hosting us with such a high standard.
