This is home was just what we needed on our trip to the Philippines! Comfortable, clean, and a great location to almost everything we were looking for (shopping mall, restaurants, grocery and more). Shubert was very responsive and kind. His colleague, Dann, was the man!!! Great team and a great experience overall. It made our trip to the Philippines even more awesome! The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

Paul is very resposnsive to all our questions and even have a lot of suggestions. if you are looking for a private place to get along with the nature and wake up with wonderful mornings of sea view, this is a place to go. Spacious 3BR Condo in Prime Location

The 3-bedroom condo was perfect for our group of 12, including 3 kids. The space was very clean and beautifully decorated — definitely IG-worthy! Our host, Daryl, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure all our questions were answered and went the extra mile when it came to sorting out access to the pool. Initially, the reception informed us that only 3 pax could use the pool, but Daryl clarified with the management since we were staying in a 3-bedroom unit, 6 pax were allowed, and kids were free. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the pool before checking out — the kids had a blast! The location was also perfect for us — just a short walk to the mall and directly across from ICON, where my brother’s graduation was held. It was so convenient not having to worry about parking on that day. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located place to stay.

Great experience!! Taeyoung was kind and proactive, the check-in was smooth and the room was very clean. It really felt like home considering that we had everything we need, we had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay.
